Restaurant is nice and clean. It's fairly new so it's not so busy. There is a stage so hopefully they will have some live music some nights. The staff are all friendly and attentive. The food is good but can improve in some aspects. They are still working on getting their liquor license. Plenty of on site parking. Good sized restaurant. The thai iced tea was good, the calamari was very thin and dry though not greasy and has a nice crunch to it's batter, the red curry was good and has a nice flavor. The avocado salad was nice and it had a bed of lettuce underneath. The Super bowl was nice as well. The only complaint is the fried calamari really cause it should be a better quality and have some thickness to it. I felt I wasn't getting my money's worth for that one. Been to this place a few times and it always seems dead, but the food and service has always been great. I think it's just the location as it is easy to miss and off a road that's not often taken. Crab rangoon was good. The sauce is a pineapple sauce. The shrimp donut was alright, but my kids loved it. The baby back ribs was pretty good, but there wasn't a lot of meat on the bone. We had their signature wins during their soft opening and it was alright (I'm a wing nut and am very picky when it comes to wings). The Thai food was legit. I love Thai food, probably second only to Vietnamese food for me (I am biased as I grew up with Viet food) and Basil fried rice is my usual go to. This Basil fried rice is probably top 5 for me. It's a shame they dont offer crispy duck as a protein. Had it with the seafood and it had scallop, mussels, squid, and shrimp. Gotta tell you, you scallop was perfectly cooked. Asian resturants tend to overcook their protiens so scallops always end up rubbery. But this one was buttery and tender with a nice bounce to it, though lacking a bit in flavor. The shrimp and mussel was a tad bit overcooked for me, but better than most other Asian places where they are way overcooked. The yellow curry tasted authentic and drunken noodle was flavorful; a bit too flavorful for me. Do note that the spice level I would say is "authentic" meaning its pretty spicy if you are not used to spicy food. The chicken katsu is made from dark meat, which is way more flavorful than the typical dry white meat chicken katsu you get from the Japanese places. I have mixed feelings with the ramen. I had the tonkatsu and the broth was good, the marinated egg was great, and the chashu (braised pork belly) was awesome (they leave a good amount of fat, which a lot of places cut out, but fat is flavor). So everything about the ramen was great, BUT the noodles. The noodles aren't great and I think it was overcooked, which was a let down. But, it could be that I was eating My kids leftovers and it may have overcooked in their bowl, so I won't deduct a star for that. The sushi is always pretty good and the fish quality was good the two times we had sushi here. The ambiance was a bit odd. Not sure what was here before, but it felt like a cowboy ranch resturant or something. They have a pretty nice looking bar and every drink I had was been pretty good (I've tried 6 so far). The service was great everytime we've been there. The price was decent, a bit higher than the typical Thai resturant I've been too (but they've been mostly mom and pop places). I'm hoping more people will come here so they place can continue to stay in business as I plan on going here more often. read more

I wouldn't go on a Tuesday! We waited far too long for service. We also came on a Saturday and the same thing happened though. The place is understaffed and it's not the servers fault. Between the volume of people going in and the take out going, the place should have more staff. Also the sushi was way too chewy. read more

Satang is a nicely sized Thai restaurant in billerica just a few minutes a way from the Burlington mall. From the moment that you walk in, you will notice very comforting and beautiful interior decor. The food here is very authentic and delicious and it comes at a very reasonable price. I ordered the drunken noodles with beef, which was only $16 and the portions were of quality size. I do feel like the menu however is a little confusing as there are add-ons for each additional dish four dollars for the chicken six dollars for the beef however it's in a weird location on the menu so please check carefully. read more

Visited Satang today for an early lunch. I love to try Raman from different places so when I saw this place pop up near my work thought I would give it a try. Service was great, no complaints there. Looks like a nice location as well. The Raman broth was excellent, pork really nice and the egg was done perfectly. What was bad was the Raman noodles were so overdone they were gummy, almost paste like, not edible. Since this is a brand new place, I will of course try it out again sometime down the line. I asked the waitress what were their specialties but didn't get a very clear answer. I ended up order their beef skewer and chicken+shrimp pad thai. This hidden gem is amazing. The sushi is fresh and delicious, I highly recommend the chicken and shrimp pad thai it's some of the best I've had. Staying at the hotel nearby and saw this restaurant with a soft opening sign. Assuming they are new as there were only a few people in there. Food was good to great. Crab Ragoon were very good and easily our favorite. 3 people had sushi and said it was good to very good and a lot for your money. No alcohol at this time but I believe they are working towards it. Staff were nice and the only waitress did a great job and was constantly working and friendly. If they can get people in the door, they have a good shot at surviving. read more

I ordered takeout. The crab Rangoon had a great taste but you only got 4pc for 10$ a little expensive if you ask me. I also ordered Fried Chicken. You got a small half of boneless breast very small portions. The chicken was over cooked to the point where you could not eat every piece it was so dried out.
