It takes a little bit to get here via public transportation but it is definitely worth the journey. We arrived here on a Monday night, so it was a little slow; however, that did not take away from the aesthetic but enhanced it. The Resturant isn't that big, seating for approx. twenty and there's some space in the back which would fit about half that.
We ordered the grilled calamari for starters, and it was the best I've ever had. Usually I'm weary of the grilled version of this dish as it can come out chewy, this was not the case here. The calamari was expertly prepared to have the right tenderness and seasoning. The portion was a little smaller than you'd usually get at other places, but, you usually don't get this quality either.
For the entree, I ordered the the grilled swordfish and my friend had the ravioli. I can't speak all too much about the ravioli, besides, my friend was quite pleased with the dish. The swordfish, however, I can say was superb along with the spinach served with it.
This Resturant deserves its place in the top 50 in London out of the 17000+. If you love Italian, and want it spectacularly served, this is the place. read more
