Ordered the bake at home pizza again for the Super Bowl. It is too far from my house to get it home hot. This way I can cook it at home and eat it hot and fresh. They supply 2 containers of sauce , the dough and sometimes a pizza cutter. Directions are on the botto of the box. The pizza is flavorful and light. Very crisp as well. Recently had the cheesesteak as well. Folks do not sleep on this either. It was on a seeded roll and used rib eye and cooper sharp. Fried onions were perfect as well. My goto spot for lunch while at work or for a pizza at home relaxing. Multiple locations throughout the Philadelphia area. read more

The dough had just the right crunch, nice bite sized pieces of chicken with a nice hot sauce. Had just the right amount of cheese and sauce. It was delicious. Ordered large plain well done and small white pizza, ricotta, broccoli and tomato with sauce on the side. There was 1 tiny piece of ricotta and you charged $2 a topping for small $3 a topping on the large. The large plain I ordered well done it was not well done at all I put it in the air fryer twice. The white pizza was perfection, no grease, great undercarriage, crisp and fresh. just lacked the ricotta which I paid for. Also got a side of sauce it was the smallest condiment container and charged. Most places if you order a pizza with no sauce but sauce on the side they don't charge. Ordered takeout person answering the phone lack customer service or seemed preoccupied. They have Pepsi products as well. read more

I'm surprised to see so many bad reviews for Santucci's. My boyfriend and I recently moved to the area, and being that Santucci's is right down the street from us, it was a no brainer to try their pizza. It's not the best pizza I ever had, but it's a solid spot. Considering the amount of sauce, the crust held up and was crunchy. Next time I will ask for light sauce, but it's an easy fix in my opinion. I will definitely go back. read more

I had pizza from here a few months ago which I was impressed with. This weekend I circled back around to try another pie. I ordered the margarita pizza to go. The picture on the menu as well as the description look and sound amazing. When I opened the box I was a little underwhelmed. The pizza looked a little thrown together and sloppily made. I can look past that, I was hungry and the last pizza was good. Unfortunately, this pizza left a lot to desire. The bottom of the pizza was crispy and borderline overdone while the top 1/4" of the pizza was undercooked and the dough was raw. I ate two slices and sadly threw the rest of the pizza away. I was let down pretty hard with this one. I gave 2 stars simply for the great pizza I had a few months ago. Not sure what has happened since then, whether it's a change in cooks, or something different with the oven. regardless, I was not impressed and would most likely not go back. read more

This was our second order, about six months after we last tried it, and I can say we're done giving it a chance. The delivery was at least a lot faster this time as opposed to when they'd not been open so long. But the pizza just isn't good. We got a plain cheese and it was like eating thick cardboard- neither the sauce, cheese, or crust has any distinctive or appealing flavor, and the crust is thick and tough. We got a second with a lot of toppings so at least those gave flavor but the crust was overcooked and even tougher. It's so blah I'm genuinely considering tossing the rest despite hating to waste food because my kids also disliked it and I have no interest in consuming that much cardboard by myself. Especially for the cost it's not worth ever ordering again when there are much more appealing pizzas around. read more

Whoever owns and operates this location should be ashamed of how poorly it is run. You call and immediately get placed on hold, and you stay on hold for 10 minutes until the call reconnects and the same person says "Santucci's please hold" then I get placed back on hold. My wife walks in to pickup the pizza that should have been ordered 15 minutes prior and they aren't busy. She asks why no one ever answered my call while she is in there and they say "we don't see anyone on hold". There is a reason why there are so many poor reviews about this location. Sometimes when Great places start to franchise, it doesn't work out as good . I ordered a small sausage pizza . First of all the original square pizza is just Sicilian style not as advertised . So if you don't like Sicilian you are out of luck. They are cheap on the cheese - had to hunt for it . The sausage was very very good and good quality . Very garlicky and spicy in overall taste . Not worth the hype. And order xtra cheese or you will be disappointed. Staff was super nice and friendly. Have'nt tried anything else, but not inclined to do so since I am not a big fan of sicilian apizza. read more

There was so much hype about Santucci's opening that I may have had unfound expectations. The original personal pizza I ordered the first time I visited was great! It was hot and perfectly crispy on the edges. When my kids asked what I wanted for dinner on Mother's Day, I automatically said Santucci's. Unfortunately, my second experience was not as fortuitous as the first. The pizza wasn't as hot, or crunchy. The boneless chicken wings were made from the same reconstituted chicken you find in a frozen chicken nugget. For twelve dollars? The chicken should be 100% fresh chicken. Having grown up in Juniata where Santuccis started I never had to wait more than 5 minutes from when they stayed my order would be ready I have been to the Media location and my shortest wait has been 30 minutes after my pick up time. Not quite as good as the Bella Vista location. Crust doesn't have the same crisp outside/soft inside texture. Needs more cheese IMO. The delicious sauce is the same though, and they are generous with it. Staff were friendly. At $15 for a small (4 slices) pepperoni (including tax and CC fee) I'll think twice before returning. I have always enjoyed the Santuccis on North Broad but this location is clearly struggling. I have been twice and have been beyond disappointed both times. The first time I ordered the boneless wings and they were worse than cheap frozen chicken nuggets I would get from acme. The second time I got the chicken parm sandwich and the chicken cutlet on the sandwich was black and chewier than a piece of gum. Overall both meals were barely edible. Truly disappointing considering how great other locations have been. read more

Purchased a Margarita and a Pepperoni pizza from the Media location. We were totally disappointed as the "sauce" was very acidic and had a bad aftertaste. The two pizzas were about $44 and we wound up throwing most of it out because of the taste. We usually frequent Pica's in Upper Darby or West Chester where the large pizza is $17($26.50 for their Margarita) I had heard so much about Santucci's and was expecting an outstanding pizza but was sadly disappointed. This was my first time at Santuccis. I ordered a large " The Works" which features extra cheese, mushrooms, onions pepperoni and sausage. The flavor was very good. Great sauce and crust. Only critique was that we were hard pressed to find any pepperoni or sausage on this pie. Lots of onions and mushrooms but The Works seemed to forget the meats! Pizza and wings are good but the check-out/cashier/customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE. Tonight was my third and possibly my last time ordering pick-up from THIS location because it was such an awful experience. I walked in and the cashier guy in glasses (?) behind the desk wasn't wearing a uniform, did not acknowledge my presence and then was more concerned with watching the TV on the wall than asking me if I needed to order or pick-up food. I finally said "I'm picking up?" and he gave me a look of confusion like he did not work in a pizza shop? He then got the woman with long, reddish hair to assist me. The first time I had ordered, this same woman with the long, red, hair firmly was seated on a stool, watching the TV on the wall for a solid five minutes, no exaggeration, before she even realized a customer was present. It was actually ridiculous. A cook/manager (?) from the back saw me and gave her a look which prompted her to action. The cashiers seem way more interested in watching the TV and flirting with customers eating in than servicing the paying customers waiting in line in this shop. It's very hard to miss that someone is in the store. You can have like three people in there; max. The poor service is shame because the food is actually very good. read more
