We chatted about the menu, the business and talked pizza. The owner was there and was friendly, busy and extremely focused. The inside was clean and nicely decorated. They had a nifty old antique paper holder/cutter from a butcher shop that was pretty cool looking! The menu was well rounded, yet simple. It's not overloaded with offerings, but had depth to the standard pizza shop items. I ordered a 10" small sized pizza well done and didn't wait too long. If your a big cheese person and like a buttery crust you'll enjoy their pizza. The sauce was good, but had less of a flavor due to the cheese. The crust was slightly charred, buttery and crispy. It's not my style with the extra cheese, but overall there is nothing bad to say about the pizza from Rockos. Thanks guys!

The lady behind the counter was very sweet and busy getting lunch orders ready for a Friday. I ordered a small 10" pizza and she said ten minutes. They have a TV and table inside the waiting area. In about ten minutes to her word I had my personal pizza, I was welcomed to eat my food at the table, but I took it to go. Just on look, the pizza was very similar to Paul Revere's (which I recently tried in Delco), but better. Look wise it had a Greek/New England style, but the crust was rounded with more sauce around the edges. The cheese was fresh, did not have much of an aroma and there was a surprising layer of sauce underneath. The crust was crispy with some bend, buttery and had a bit of cracker flavor to it. The sauce had good flavor, there was dough in the aroma and overall it wasn't a bad pizza even though it's not my preferred style. I would repeat and try their other offerings if in the area.

This Pizza lives up to its name!! it is incredible, so much so that it might end up being our new pizza joint 24/7. The crust is indescribable delicious. Has that thin layer of a cheesy taste to it? The crust is soft and warm with a crispy thin layer. Any toppings you put on this pizza are just going to be an amazing extra, so take your pic of whatever topping you wanna put on. The base of this pizza is what makes the fireworks! 5 stars- we ordered the Smallest sized pizza pizza for 2 of us as a trial and I couldn't finish my second piece. It was so filling! 4 huge slices is enough for 2 people. The best!

Now having been to both Crust locations, both Havertown and Morton, I have to say I like the Morton…read morelocation better, and this is simply because it is so much closer to my house; only about a five minute drive away. Honestly, the two spots are nearly identical, with the same features being present in both, and I am fairly sure the same owner for both, as I have seen the same gentleman behind the counter on both of my trips. The pizza is "Detroit" style, which seems to be subjective depending on the place you go, with pizza terms getting thrown around lately like they don't really mean anything. But in this case, very deliciously crispy deep crust with lots of cheese and delicious sauce and ingredients piled on top. The menu has a lot to offer, and while to some, the prices may seem high, you are getting your money's worth as between two people, one pizza here can easily last three meals. In Havertown I ordered the hot honey pepperoni burrata which is what initially wowed me on this place and when I saw that a new location was opening in Morton I had been very excited to go back. Having since had the opportunity to order from the Morton shop, I have also had the Santorini, which has red onions, spinach, tomatoes, feta, olive oil, and oregano. Yet another win, both pizzas I have had from Crust have been extremely good and I will be returning a third time and obviously more, to try the other signature pies that they offer. While may people will say no to pineapple on pizza, their Hawaiian and the South Philly will likely be my next choices! One thing I want to stress is the ordering. This is the only reason that I cannot give Crust a perfect rating. I have not used online ordering; that is one of my hang ups and that's fine. It's not an option that I like, so I don't use it. Luckily, they offer other options for ordering. However, this is where is gets weird. When you call in to order, you are answered by a very lifelike AI representative to take your order. Very uncanny actually, but just off enough that it it's very off putting and actually makes you feel uneasy in a way. It also takes several requests for it to transfer you to a real person. When calling to place an order, I have already avoided using the contact-less digital route so that I can speak to someone and I would like to talk to a human being. I have actually spoken to the owner when I originally went to Havertown about this and how much of a detractor it was for me, and potentially others, but it would appear that he has opted to not change how this service works. Obviously, I would not expect someone trying to run a restaurant to change a system they have invested in just because one person doesn't like it, but it has prevented me from calling there at least once. With that out of the way, I do think you should order pizza from here. Right away in fact. It is so good, if you think I'm wrong I invite you to contact me directly right here on Yelp and tell me how wrong I am. Because I can guarantee you I'm not. The Hot Honey Burrata is almost life-changing. Give it a try and you'll see what I mean.

Last night, I had the pleasure of indulging in two of their signature offerings: the Motown Pizza and the Greek Detroit Style Pizza. Spoiler alert: both left a lasting impression! Motown Pizza: First up was the Motown Pizza, a delightful homage to the Detroit-style pizza that's been making waves. The thick, rectangular crust was a sight to behold, perfectly golden and crisp on the edges while remaining fluffy and airy in the center. Each bite offered a satisfying crunch that's hard to resist. Topped generously with a rich, tangy tomato sauce that has just the right amount of sweetness, the flavor profile was elevated with a blend of savory spices. The cheese--oh, the cheese! A blend created a gooey, stretchy experience that paired harmoniously with the sauce. To top it off, the pepperoni was perfectly placed, slightly crispy around the edges and bursting with flavor. Overall, the Motown Pizza is a symphony of textures and tastes that will have you singing its praises long after the last slice. Greek Detroit Style Pizza: Next, I ventured into the Greek Detroit Style Pizza, which was nothing short of a culinary revelation. This pizza took the classic Detroit style and infused it with vibrant Mediterranean flavors. The crust maintained that same delightful crunch, but the addition of olive oil gave it an extra layer of richness. The toppings were a feast for the eyes and the palate. A generous layer of feta cheese added a creamy tang, while Kalamata olives brought a briny punch that contrasted beautifully with the sweetness of the tomato sauce. Fresh red onions rounded out the toppings, providing a refreshing crunch that made each bite feel light yet satisfying. What truly stood out was the balance of flavors. The Greek spices harmonized with the traditional pizza elements, creating a unique fusion that's hard to find elsewhere. It's the kind of pizza that makes you rethink your typical toppings and inspires a desire for more adventurous pairings. Final Thoughts: Rating 5/5 Pricing for the pizzas were very inexpensive and the quality was outstanding. Icon Pizza in Springfield, PA, has truly elevated the pizza game with their Motown and Greek Detroit Style Pizzas. I highly recommend stopping by Icon Pizza for a pizza (or two) of these delicious creations. You won't be disappointed! America's Pie is not just a pizza place, despite its name including "pie" and having some artwork…read morethat would imply that it is. Let me repeat...America's Pie is NOT just a pizza place, and while their pizza is absolutely wonderful, it is in the raw selection and quality of that broad selection that makes this place freaking outstanding. I have had the opportunity to order food from here several times over the last several years and they have one of the most unique "pizza shop" restaurant menus out there and even have a massive selection of tacos that you can pick from. I have had several opportunities to write my review of this spot, but it wasn't until I discovered something very special here that finally drove me to write my full opinion. My most recent visit to America's Pie was one born of laziness. Everyone at home wanted something different and we didn't want to cook, so we were simply looking at places that would be easy that we don't order from that often and landed here. The menu is so large that I was being indecisive and that was when I saw it...all the way at the bottom of the sandwiches section, what I have now identified as one of the top three sandwiches I have ever had in my life, and I've had a lot of sandwiches: the Tony Bourdain. A strange combination of ingredients, all delicious and savory in their own right, brought together to create a bread-borne experience unlike few, if any, that I have ever had before. This seriously is one of, if not, THE BEST sandwiches that I have ever had. It is not what it looks like, or the way it is constructed that makes it so good. What makes it so amazing is the absolutely mastery and command of the knowledge of the ingredients, the quality of those ingredients, and their interaction together on the flavors they will produce when combined within the very high quality seeded roll that it all comes neatly packed within. It is not a pretty, easy to eat and clean sandwich. It gets everywhere, and it is worth it. You SHOULD get this sandwich, for the culinary perfection, but also to honor the late Anthony Bourdain. This is definitely a meal that properly honors the man and his legacy. America's Pie isn't perfect but it is one of the best pizza/sandwich/pasta places in my area of Delco. Hands down. The specialty sandwiches really take it to the next level and that Tony Bourdain shoots them into the stratosphere. You will never have a bad meal here. They are local people making great food, with a local but very friendly attitude, and want you to enjoy everything you order. Explore the menu and check them out. I made a pledge to work my way through the sandwich menu just because that sandwich was so damn good and I am excited about every single one that I check off that list. Can't wait to bump into you there!
