Online ordering was easy, picked up on time, the staff was friendly, and the pizza was hot and fresh. We ordered (3) pies, one was a Large Detroit 1946 with Onions & Green Peppers (~9" x 13"), one was a Small Round Traditional (12" round), and one was a Flat Bread Santorini (2 flatbreads about 4" x 10" in size). Overall, pizza was good, I had the Large Detroit, and it was a meal, was a large, but looked small in size at ~ 9" x 13", cut into 8 pieces. I was only able to eat 3 pieces, as they were thick, and very filling. I can usually eat about 6 slices of a large 16" round pie, so the thickness definitely played a factor. Wife had the Flat bread, it was 2 flatbreads and you can mix and match, Wife chose both Santorini which was tomatoes, spinach, red onions and feta. Each flatbread was cut into 4 pieces, so she had 8 pieces total, only ate 3. Daughter had a traditional round 12" pizza, flavor was good, pretty much a standard plain pizza. I would recommend it if you want to try something different, dont be scared of the size, I thought a small Detroit would not be enough for me, but I didnt eat half of the large, so the thickness definitely plays a part. Give them a shot, form your own opinion, I was satisfied, but not amazed. May order from them again, but will keep the size in mind when I place the order. Pics of the Menu and pizza are uploaded.

The gentleman that took my order was friendly & was the one you made my pizza! I ordered a small Detroiter- cup pepperoni, with jalapeño & hot honey - what a great combination of sweet & hot! I can't say enough! This was my first time but will not be my last! If you're in the area - please show ICON Pizza some love! They have a few stools with a counter to eat but primarily a to-go spot!

If you're on the hunt for a pizza experience that combines bold flavors with a unique twist, look…read moreno further than Icon Pizza in Springfield, PA. Last night, I had the pleasure of indulging in two of their signature offerings: the Motown Pizza and the Greek Detroit Style Pizza. Spoiler alert: both left a lasting impression! Motown Pizza: First up was the Motown Pizza, a delightful homage to the Detroit-style pizza that's been making waves. The thick, rectangular crust was a sight to behold, perfectly golden and crisp on the edges while remaining fluffy and airy in the center. Each bite offered a satisfying crunch that's hard to resist. Topped generously with a rich, tangy tomato sauce that has just the right amount of sweetness, the flavor profile was elevated with a blend of savory spices. The cheese--oh, the cheese! A blend created a gooey, stretchy experience that paired harmoniously with the sauce. To top it off, the pepperoni was perfectly placed, slightly crispy around the edges and bursting with flavor. Overall, the Motown Pizza is a symphony of textures and tastes that will have you singing its praises long after the last slice. Greek Detroit Style Pizza: Next, I ventured into the Greek Detroit Style Pizza, which was nothing short of a culinary revelation. This pizza took the classic Detroit style and infused it with vibrant Mediterranean flavors. The crust maintained that same delightful crunch, but the addition of olive oil gave it an extra layer of richness. The toppings were a feast for the eyes and the palate. A generous layer of feta cheese added a creamy tang, while Kalamata olives brought a briny punch that contrasted beautifully with the sweetness of the tomato sauce. Fresh red onions rounded out the toppings, providing a refreshing crunch that made each bite feel light yet satisfying. What truly stood out was the balance of flavors. The Greek spices harmonized with the traditional pizza elements, creating a unique fusion that's hard to find elsewhere. It's the kind of pizza that makes you rethink your typical toppings and inspires a desire for more adventurous pairings. Final Thoughts: Rating 5/5 Pricing for the pizzas were very inexpensive and the quality was outstanding. Icon Pizza in Springfield, PA, has truly elevated the pizza game with their Motown and Greek Detroit Style Pizzas. Both offerings showcase a commitment to quality ingredients and innovative flavor combinations. Whether you're a pizza purist or an adventurous eater, you'll find something to love here. I highly recommend stopping by Icon Pizza for a pizza (or two) of these delicious creations. You won't be disappointed! The service is exceptional my husband loves the owner and could not stop raving about him.

Woah, this pizza is super salty! Like so salty I gained a few pounds of water weight!…read more It tastes alright, but it's nothing special. The saltiness really puts me off. Meh.

This place defines the term "just ok."…read more For starters, the pizza was pretty average. It had more cheese and a lot less sauce. That usually tells me the sauce is substandard. It didn't taste bad. It was just... there. I tried the Garlic Parmesan wings. The problem there... it was all garlic and no Parmesan. In fact it was so much garlic that a bite of the wings with way too much garlic came out bitter and actually burned the tongue. And interestingly enough, my wife said the exact same thing about her garlic bread after getting a huge bite of garlic. Whoever was doing the cooking tonight was garlic happy. She considered her chicken parm platter just ok too. She thought the chicken came out over cooked. I tasted and I completely agree. It was slightly rubbery. Not terrible just not great. The wings themselves weren't too bad. Some of them were meaty while others were a bit scrawny. Inconsistency at best. My son liked the pizza. It wasn't bad. It just wasn't interesting. Which means a 7 year old palate will probably love it. As I said, not terrible. Just not great tonight. However... I ordered some cookies for dessert. And those were pretty awesome. I'll give them props for getting that right. I'll even post a picture of one here. Just because.
