We know this, because of the real-time updates from Ashly and Sheila. They shower us with photos, videos, & an interactive walking map to see how our Sonny does on his adventures. We literally refer to the pack as our beagles 2nd home because of the warmth & love they give to our little Sonny. Communication is easy, pricing is great & the booking process is a breeze! The pack also allows our beagle to practice his social skills with his other fur friends. If you're looking for trustworthy & caring walkers, I highly recommend the Peaceful Pack!!! Maria even accommodated another friend who brought her dog for the tournament and they both got to play all day together. I wish we had someone like Maria who lived near us in upstate NY - she was wonderful, trustworthy and treated Finn like one of her own. 10/10 would recommend Maria!!

She is a large one year old and she is very playful. I was expecting them to work with new dogs to get them acclimated. Zoey came home and was not herself at all. I assumed she was tired. She was still withdrawn the next two days. I'm not sure what happened to her. We were told she needed behavioral classes before returning, due to barking, trying to join two dogs in their play. How they teach this in the classes is a mystery to me. I'm very disappointed that they didn't call me. This is what she was like for 3 days!!

For the past few months "we" have been walking with Calia and her amazing companion Jasper. Not only does Edison come home happy, exhausted, and, socialized..I swear he comes home just a little more well behaved. Their ability to work with your schedule, be flexible, and simply just go above and beyond is what prompted this review. About a week and a half ago my mother broke her fibula and ankle, sweeping her off her feet for at least 2 months. I contacted Calia after 5pm on a Saturday and before my mother was even discharged, Cali was able to rework my walks and help get my mothers dogs (new clients) on the schedule for walks and check ins. She brought a sense of calm to a very hectic situation; I was incredibly grateful for that. We will be furever part of the Tails n Trails family.

My 14 month old black lab Cory has been going since last week and it's already had a tremendously positive effect on him. He is calmer and more mellow at home after a day at City Paws, and when I bring him there, he cannot wait to get inside to play. The staff could not be nicer, and you can tell they genuinely care about dogs. I feel completely at ease with him being there, and they post pics and videos all day long on Insta, so you can smile and laugh at what your pup is up to. Could not be happier with City Paws. A note - do not be turned off by the exterior aesthetics of the place, or the fact that it's next door to an auto body shop - it has zero bearing on the environment inside and in their outside play areas.
