Once in a blue moon we get pictures and no communication. The atmosphere seems so different now, and while most of the staff are lovely , others seem too nervous around some dogs (mine included) and they aren't afraid to vocalize if they don't want to walk a dog back at drop off -. My pup takes a bit to warm up To new faces, let alone when 8 new staff show up!! We peaked around the corner to see our dog being treated aggressively and poorly with a look of fear on her face. By the time we got her home, her eye swelled to the point where she could not open it. She was also gagging and choking from the intensity of the force on her neck from the collar during grooming. We took her to the emergency vet where she was found to have a corneal abrasion and some neck trauma. This visit alone costed over $400 not to mention the physical and emotional trauma our poor, sweet girl has suffered. We will never recommend or come back to this facility ever again. Think twice before taking your dog to this groomer.
