Editing to add that I posted the comment immediately after speaking with a representative of the business who told me different info than what the business owner replied. She asked if my senior dog had been boarded before and I said yes, explaining that I travel around the country and board my dogs quarterly and send them to daycare monthly. She was clear that they have phased out accepting senior dogs who haven't been their clients. She also said I needed several days of daycare to assess temperament. It sounds like there may be some disconnects between this company's policies and what their reps say. This can probably be remedied with some training. I appreciate the kind response from the business owner (+1 star for that) and wish Friends of Toto all the best as they get the communication issue with prospective clients sorted.

My 14 month old black lab Cory has been going since last week and it's already had a tremendously positive effect on him. He is calmer and more mellow at home after a day at City Paws, and when I bring him there, he cannot wait to get inside to play. The staff could not be nicer, and you can tell they genuinely care about dogs. I feel completely at ease with him being there, and they post pics and videos all day long on Insta, so you can smile and laugh at what your pup is up to. Could not be happier with City Paws. A note - do not be turned off by the exterior aesthetics of the place, or the fact that it's next door to an auto body shop - it has zero bearing on the environment inside and in their outside play areas.

We were a little worried because we are always with him and he is our little love bug. We weren't worried about the care Romeo would get because the staff, so far, seemed very caring and I never felt rushed during pickups if I had a question. We were more worried about how his actions would be upon return after being away from us for 5 nights. We are relieved to say Romeo was happy at pickup and when we got back home acted as if he was never away. Mind Your Dog was our choice after interviewing two other boarding options for our Romeo.
