It's such great exercise for her and I love it when I can tell her that she's "going to "see her friends". She hears that and runs to the window to wait for him to pick her up and take her on the adventure of a lifetime. She always comes home exhausted and sleeps the entire day afterwards. To top it off, Clayton himself is just the greatest. He's one of my favorite humans! I'm so grateful for him and so is Lucy! We have been working with All Ears since December of 2018 and are very happy with the quality and…read morereliability of service we receive. We are absolutely at ease knowing that our pup is under Steph's care and are very happy we came across All Ears. A few of the many things about All Ears that we love: 1. Animal first - it's obvious that the wellbeing of our dog is important to Steph, and you can tell that she genuinely enjoys spending time with him. This is important to us; we want a walker who is invested in the work and who cares deeply about dogs because we know that person will keep him safe. This is Steph, and with her, we're very confident our pup is in good hands. 2. Communication - Steph is in consistent communication with us through the week, so we always know what's going on with the dog while we are away. It very easy to reach her and she always responds. This puts us at ease and gives us one less thing to stress about while at work. 3. Professionalism - Steph runs a tight ship and goes above and beyond with her customer service. Her billing process is transparent and digitized, with biweekly billing statements sent right to my inbox. Scheduling is a breeze - you can do it online or directly with her, which is super convenient, and she keeps it all very organized. She's also very pleasant to interact with and is legitimately a nice person. Lastly, All Ears' customer service is top notch - she even got her clients a cute little All Ears mug as a holiday 'thank you' gift. All Ears is not the high school kid from down the street or a total rando from an app; it is someone who takes her small business seriously and goes above and beyond to develop a professional relationship with her clients that is built on trust. We 100% recommend All Ears to anyone in Providence who really loves and cares about their dog and values the peace of mind that comes from knowing that their walker does, too.

For the past few months "we" have been walking with Calia and her amazing companion Jasper. Not only does Edison come home happy, exhausted, and, socialized..I swear he comes home just a little more well behaved. Their ability to work with your schedule, be flexible, and simply just go above and beyond is what prompted this review. About a week and a half ago my mother broke her fibula and ankle, sweeping her off her feet for at least 2 months. I contacted Calia after 5pm on a Saturday and before my mother was even discharged, Cali was able to rework my walks and help get my mothers dogs (new clients) on the schedule for walks and check ins. She brought a sense of calm to a very hectic situation; I was incredibly grateful for that. We will be furever part of the Tails n Trails family.
