We took our dog here for grooming this past week. Like many dogs, she is anxious with grooming but…read moreoverall a sweet girl. We arrived a bit early for pick up and heard yelling in the back. We peaked around the corner to see our dog being treated aggressively and poorly with a look of fear on her face. By the time we got her home, her eye swelled to the point where she could not open it. She was also gagging and choking from the intensity of the force on her neck from the collar during grooming. We took her to the emergency vet where she was found to have a corneal abrasion and some neck trauma. This visit alone costed over $400 not to mention the physical and emotional trauma our poor, sweet girl has suffered. We will never recommend or come back to this facility ever again. Think twice before taking your dog to this groomer.

I Don't believe that because I brush my dog every day And I would have seen this. not very happy with this place. the owner was right there never said a word. I am sorry I gave her a tip.

The photo is of Lady the day after, still looking so lovely. Alisha updated me a couple times throughout the day to let me know how things were going. Lady is nearly 13 and not used to being away from her mommy, so it was comforting to know she was happy and relaxed. Lady's hair is still super soft, she smells great, and the pretty bling clip is in place. While I'm able to take care of Lady at home, I will definitely bring her in to Alisha and her crew for a "spa day" again. It's a less stressful experience for Lady (and for mommy!)
