Sano has been great. Quick appointments, nice techs, pleasant customer service. Never had them hard sell me, always explain options and don't rush while they are here. I purchased a new HVAC system, as well as addressed plumbing issues. Sorry I can't remember other names, but Kaden has been here twice and is helpful, quick, and takes his time to explain what's going on. read more

Sano has the BEST customer service. I initially had Christian and Stevie out to clean and service the AC. I knew this was something I had neglected. I also knew that the prior owners of my house had not handled many things very well. I learned that my house originally had heat but no AC and when it was added the ductwork was not enlarged as it should have been. I also learned that there was lots of asbestos up in the attic crawl space. The guys also offered that, if I had time, they could pull out the furnace and check on its condition. That's when they discovered a couple of hairline cracks. I asked Christian to lay out various options, recommendations and costs. He also laid out financing options. He presented these to me and I made my replacement decisions. Sano had an installation crew at my home two days later. Noel and his cohorts were remarkably hardworking, efficient, and considerate. They even added a strap around my water heater for safety. (See before and after pictures below.) They also offered a possible solution for my SIL who often and easily gets cold. They said if it didn't work out, then they could change it. It turned out not to work well for her so I called Sano yesterday and they sent Manny out this afternoon to take care of this. Absolutely everyone I have talked with and had in my home from Sano has been incredibly nice. They are so kind and they made us feel truly valued. I highly recommend this company. read more

Daron was the technician that came to service our system. He was on time and very professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly (someone stole the fuse to our AC which is why it wasn't cooling) and fixed it the same day. He also took the time to check our filters and attic to make sure everything was running smoothly. He was knowledgeable and very helpful! The whole process from booking the appt to finishing the job was quick and easy which I appreciate. Thank you Daron and the Sano team! read more

While not uncommon to find a rockstar contractor on Yelp that gives a great experience, Sano HVAC was an extremely rare company that gave us a positive experience across EVERY single person and team I engaged with for my HVAC replacement. Over the course of the install I worked with 8 different Sano HVAC members from their sales, front desk, install and repair teams, all with an exceptional customer service and professional quality of service mindset. Daron first responded immediately to my Yelp request to evaluate our failing R22 system and without hesitation climbed into a hot, difficult to access attic to verify my options and provided answers for all my excessive questions. Since our system was down, they sent the very experienced Jaicub and Tyler master installers out next day on a Saturday, to complete an extremely clean install of a new R32 heat pump air handler and condenser system. Friendly Chris had to come back out due to a supply house mixup beyond their control, but after replacing the missing parts startup went smoothly and the family was so happy to have running AC again! The important thing to remember is that not all jobs go smoothly and whether there is a problem that occurs in or out of control of the contractor, it's still a problem to the customer. What separates Sano HVAC as a 5-star provider for me is not only how they handle the sales and install so smoothly, but more importantly how they handle the problems. Leah & Jasmine at the front desk are so calm and cool even when a demanding customer like me calls, as well as knowledgeable about HVAC to help do basic troubleshooting over the phone or if necessary to escalate issues. I sincerely appreciate how Manny and Andrew came out the same day late after hours to resolve our questions and made sure all functions were working properly for our new system. This positive 5-star experience I expect is a result of many hours of dedicated training and nurturing of a company culture focused on delivering excellence for the customer. I have no hesitations recommending Sano HVAC and will be adding them to our short list of trusted vendors we rely on and refer to clients. Many thanks again to Daron and the entire Sano HVAC team! read more

Good tech, overall informative. Borderlines too much. But got us dismissed for needing a new AC. Was friendly and professional

Their contact was through a Call Center who knew nothing about plumbing issues. I want to speak to an actual plummer before they come into my home. I am willing to pay for the plummers time to come out and inspect the job but this company said they cannot assess what might be the problem through my desciption and photos. They didn't tell me how they would get to their conclusion of what was the problem either. read more

The guys who came was late & I noticed they kept on talking most of the time with each other about personal stuff, when they made the estimate they said it will be emailed to me but nothing was emailed, called several times to see if they could email the estimate. When the time came for my AC repair the guy came again late, then he goes to leave because the he needs to shop for the supplies needed waited for 30 mins came back & worked for 15 mins on my AC then he goes again to leave for another 30 mins because he got the wrong part & then finally worked on my AC for just few mins & was in a hurry to leave & not very thorough. Not very happy about it. read more

This company is top notch service oriented! They immediately replied to my Yelp inquiry (literally the minute I submitted requested, someone had replied to schedule)! I'm going to give this company all five stars. I have been trying for two days to get someone to help with a repair on a mini-split. Most of the calls I made were routed to an answering service. After taking all my information, I was promised callbacks. Would you believe, the only callback I received was from Sano Plumbing. I was informed they also do not work on these mini-split units but wanted to refer me to someone who did rather than leave me hanging. Thank you, Sano Plumbing, for your professionalism. read more

Had a great experience with Kaden. He was prompt, polite, quick and communicative. We would definitely ask for Kaden again from Sano.

Very good experience with this company. The company was excellent with their communication, timeliness and cleanliness. they came when they said, were professional and nice. Although the repair cost significantly more than I had anticipated, it was an older unit and I appreciated that Christian was honest and upfront with everything. I recommend this company. We recently received a coupon in the mail for this business and called them out for service. We had them come out to look at our two AC units and our water tank. We have been in our house over 27 years and we knew there would be issues. Their experience was exceptional from start to finish. Steve and Anthony (Supervisor) were the first to come out, and they went above and beyond. They didn't just glance at the units -- they showed me everything they were seeing and doing, explaining with picture and details. I even joined Steve in the attic so I could learn more about the ac units, as he worked on them. He made it as easy as he could for me to understand and as he took photos, he explained what each one meant and what our options might be to deal with what they showed. It was clear our outdoor units had significant damage, and although it was a lot of information to take in, Steve and Anthony were incredibly patient. They both clarified anything I didn't understand and then took the time to recap everything over the phone with my husband. They offered realistic solutions that fit within our limited budget and genuinely seemed to care about helping us make the best decision. The next day, Rudy came to check our water tank. He was surprised to see it in such great shape for its age and gave us peace of mind by explaining how simple and quick a replacement would be if it ever stopped working. His honesty and reassurance meant a lot. All three technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and truly enjoyable to have in our home. They treated us with the kind of care and respect you'd expect from family. We're grateful for their honesty, patience, and the time they took to educate us. I look forward to seeing them again. Highly recommend Sano Plumbing Heating AC. read more

My AC was starting to break down. ChatGPT said it was a capacitor or refrigerant that might be the problem. I contacted them at like 5:30pm on a Friday during the Labor Day weekend but they were still responsive. I didn't expect anything, but I wanted to get the process started so I'm not without AC for too long. Jasmine picked up my call and then corresponded with me over text and got everything she needed to get things rolling. She tried to get someone out on short notice, but it was the holiday weekend and I was going out of town. We got an appointment for next week scheduled and Cameron came out to the house. He was super helpful, nice, professional, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem, did some cleaning, told me about looming problems that could arise in the future. He gave me some options and went in with his fix. Turned out to be a broken primary motor control. Payment was reasonable and fell with the range ChatGPT suggested so I felt pretty good about their price. Great customer service and great responsiveness. I'll definitely be doing business with them again next time for anything AC related. read more

Dryer vent cleaning using Sano Plumbing was a great experience. They replied to my inquiry within just a few minutes and quoted me a very resonable price for the cleaning. A senior tech came out and look at our existing system, (Daron). He was very thorough and knew his stuff. The installers arrived as promised, (Noel, Robert and Jacob) and worked hard all day. They did an excellent job and had a great attitude. Highly recommend. read more

I got quotes for a new AC/heating system from Sano and a couple of other vendors. I chose Sano because the pricing was a little better and I was convinced they know their business. Daron talked over the system options and explained things thoroughly, and it was clear that he knows everything about the equipment and installation from working in this business for years. He's not just a salesman. The communication about everything was outstanding from start to finish. They arrived on time and installation took exactly the amount of time they said it would. When the job was done, the house was left neat and clean. As soon as they arrived to install the new system, I felt at ease about having these guys in my house. I could just tell that they were trustworthy, responsible, and here to serve; and that perception stayed the same for the entire time they were here. Daron told me to call him anytime I had questions or concerns. I had a few questions about the thermostat after the job was done and Daron was true to his word. He answered the phone or called back quickly and even sent someone out to make sure everything was working properly. I'm super happy with my new AC/heating system and with everyone at Sano. They get a well-earned thumbs up and five stars. read more

AC went out and Patrick came out first thing the next morning. He was amazing in diagnosing our 23 year old Trane variable speed motor's death. After a ton of time and consultation with us he brought his supervisor Christian over and we decided to replace the entire unit. Wow very professional and thorough. Super pleased so far. I will update when the work is finished. read more

Used Yelp service request and these guys popped up. We had a leak behind the shower handle and they came out for a free estimate. Larry Acuna said it could either be the cartridge or valve and would rather just replace the valve "so we don't have to come out here again." Of course you would, it costs more money to do that. I asked how does he know it's the valve without even taking off the handle or inspecting it and his response was simply "it's a GROHE. That's how I know." ...that literally doesn't answer anything. He said he couldn't do anything without giving me an estimate first, otherwise to remove the shower handle, he'd charge $70. He went outside to eat brownies for 15 minutes, then came back with a quote for $2300 to replace the valve or $700 to replace the cartridge. When asked if the hardie backer would be a problem, he had no idea what a hardie backer was and had to ask his boss. Then he came back with a slightly lower estimate ($2k) to replace the valve today. Yet he still never told us why he suspects it's the valve over the cartridge. When pressed for more information (when my fiancé was not present), he told me him, his partner, and my fiancé were all on the same page so why do I still have questions. He sat and patronized me over the 2 questions I asked, implied I didn't know what I was talking about based on the 2 questions I asked (that he misunderstood or didn't answer), and still wouldn't elaborate on why it was the valve. It obviously ended in a bad exchange and their services were declined. Larry had an air of misogyny about him and I would not recommend any woman to let him into their homes. read more

different tech this time, only 2 months after the kitchen drain backed up again. He came on a saturday with just a 25' snake, which didn't do the job. Promised to be here Monday AM with the hydrojet. But then Monday came and I got a text saying his supervisor thinks we have to install the exterior cleanout for $3200 to properly jet it. Got a letter in the mail from Sano Heating & Air Conditioning so I thought I would give them a try. I needed a new AC unit. They quoted me between $13K-$14K for a 2.5 Ton unit (off-brand manufacturer). Huh? Maybe I'm a little out of touch but that seemed awfully high. The rep said that's the going rate and told me to feel free to call around. So I got 2 other quotes. One was $7,500 and the other was $7,250 for a 2.5 ton brand new unit. Needless to say, Sano was trying to jack me. Stay away from these guys and get a couple of quotes. read more

There are a lot of HVAC businesses with Yelp ratings averaging 4.5+ stars. It can be overwhelming narrowing down the field to get quotes. What separates Sano from others is the complaints from their critics. Or shall I say lack thereof? That was my main decision to give these guys (and gals) a call. Sam and Anthony came out and quickly diagnosed our problem. We had the AC on for an hour and it started to smell like something was burning. Turns out we had several issues with our 17 year old unit. They gave us options on replacing the parts or the entire unit as well as pros and cons of each. The choice was easy for us since repair costed more than half the price of a new unit. Day of installation our techs were Randy and Mark. They were professional and worked so dang hard. I felt guilty that they didn't even take a lunch break. They take so much pride in their work, did a great job with the install, and even made the area where my units is stored looked three times better than before. This made me realize whoever did the previous job did some janky stuff. I wish I had taken before photos because it is such night and day from before and after Sano. Randy was also kind enough to give me some tips on things we can do to maintain our AC unit. Oh did I mention that there was no funny business with pricing? Everything was up front and closed out as expected. Everyone we dealt with has been nice, professional and provided excellent service. Thank you Sano and Yelp community! read more
