Cute delicate traditional Japanese home items. Been going her for a few years to pick up some rice and soup ceramic bowls. Good prices too!

This place is closed. Don't come looking for it. They have a website and phone number that are functional but no one's home. You're welcome.

We've been looking all around for a replacement bulb that was pretty much impossible to find because it's no longer made. We were ready to give up but we found it at The Light Bulb Source! The very nice person told us not only they had it in stock but had several! Grabbed two! Try this place for hard to find lightbulbs. Btw, there's a few parking spaces in front that were full, bring a small car or someone else so you can run in while they double park.

I knew that the only place that would have a replacement bulb (halogen) was The Light Bulb Source. I used to go to them when they were in a small strip of stores where Patagonia is now. That was over 8 years ago so I am glad they relocated just a few steps away on Queen Street. The young girl at the front desk was very nice and the man next to her explained how to remove the weird bulb. He was also very nice. So I go home, climb the ladder (even though I am afraid of heights), push the bulb to one side and then rotate the bulb up and out. Phew! Grab the new bulb with gloves on because it says not to use with bare fingers, and then DUH! I bought the wrong size because I told them it was the big one. So I call them and was told I can exchange the big one for the small one. That's pretty awesome, right? 5 stars for this great company that solves my lighting problems! However, after this, I think I better let others do the "heavy" lifting for me.

Although, I believe it could have been repaired, I wanted a good excuse to buy a new and more architecturally interesting unit to accent the master bedroom. I was not disappointed. I just love my gray Minka Aire Transonic ceiling fan which looks super against the grayish blue walls and white ceiling. Service again was AMAZING!!! There was a misunderstanding on the color of the unit (which was back ordered and I should have noticed). The error was only discovered at the time I picked up the unit. No problem. They found the right color unit and they backordered the longer matching downrod to match. BEFORE you purchase a ceiling lamp at one of the big box stores, you should checkout this store. They carry comparable units and they have a great selection of medium to higher priced quality ceiling fans. Surprisingly, their prices are pretty good! After going to their store, I started understanding how much a ceiling fan can change the appearance of a room. Mahalo to Christian and Blaine!!!

We had an electrical engineer install it but since we had problems we paid their installer but it still doesn't work properly. The lights don't work properly so we just stopped using the lights on both. Considering what we paid for the 5 fans, we feel that we got a very bad deal. We think the expensive ones are defective. They should have offered to either refund our money or offer an exchange with another type. We spent over $3,000.00 there. We will never go back there.

She was masked and socially distancing, as were my husband and I, but she was welcoming and put us at ease. We found her to be professional though a person with aloha and compassion. She didn't rush us, but effectively managed our appointment time to ensure we could see all options for our full bathroom repair/renovation. And at their showroom there are no shortage of options. Though she made it manageable and focused on styles we liked, pointing out options across the various brands. We are happy to share our positive experiences with Ferguson, which was directly attributed to Coleen. A professional and kind person. While there are many challenges we all face during this pandemic, she was a bright spot in our day. We found her to be a problem solver, focused on helping us at every step of the way in person and over email.

I left a message to make an appt with a specific sales person, Kiki. Of course, no return call to schedule an appt (this issue seems to be a chronic thing in the comments) I so happen to have the day off on a random Wed so I stopped in and the receptionist was not helpful. After browsing for about 1hr, as I was leaving the store, I was approached by a friendly sales lady (not Kiki) but by then I was already turned-off from this place. I passed by Kiki in the store but she did not acknowledge anyone's presence except for her client; not a good impression as she was highly recommended to me. The items are nice but seem overpriced for Kohler stuff. I'd recommend they be a little nicer to walk-in customers. When it comes down to it, we're all searching for the cheapest prices for good quality kitchen and bath products
