We were very satisfied with Dr. Sullivan, Dr. Agee and the staff at both St. Augustine and Jacksonville. The second detachment came a week later and, again, Dr. Sullivan scheduled the surgery right away and made sure my husband was doing well. No one likes to wait, but waiting for the best is not bad at all. Every person has a special job and they do those jobs very efficiently. We cannot say enough for these good folks. I sometimes wonder when they sleep though.

I was told they called me the day before and I offered up my phone records stating who ever documented that did not call me. So O asked for the next available apt and they wanted me to wait another 2 months. So i walked out. If I am going to start all over again waiting I can go somewhere else they aren't the only game in town. Also receptionist was rude. Rude staff + a long wait to get in and not accommodating since it's their fault for rescheduling makes me see what the future holds with this practice. Oh and they charge a $25.00 fee for missed appts which is understandable so where is my $25.00

Went to see him because was having issues with feeling like something stuck in throat. I have had thyroid cancer and have not had ultra sound since it was removed 10 years ago. He did order one . He seemed more interested in pushing weight loss medication then what I was there for, I will not return to see him . Still waiting on results of test, 2 weeks later. Not very patient friendly. I will continue to have PCP follow my thyroid levels . Not a good feeling about quality of care.

This injury to my ankle has taken 8 months to get resolved. It would not be resolved without Dr…read moreNorthrop and also to doctor before him. It was in danger of amputation! It was scared the heck out of me but yet Dr Northrop was honest and told me what the risk was for and possible outcomes. I actually appreciate that. I'm a nurse and of course we are often critical of doctors. It took a visitor to until I was willing to trust. But at that point his bedside manner was good and he was extremely honest with me for the positive and the negative. I needed to hear that and also to know what steps to take to follow his direction to the best outcome I'm so glad I did that because now I see that my x-rays are regaining bone. I had a very complicated surgery Dr Northrop and actually three surgeries in total over the last 8 months. I am very fortunate to not have to have an amputation which was a possible outcome. My bone is regenerating, I'm on the final stage of healing. Dr Northrup would be my next go to if I ever, God forbid, needed help again. I will recommend him to anyone that has an absolute problem. We get surprised in life sometimes and people we don't expect to meet. I'm very glad I did and he was recommended to me. Thank you to Dr Northrup! And his staff also, a very pleasant office to visit and very efficient. I don't think I've ever waited more than 5 minutes if that. So relieved after all these months and glad that I had the care I did with Dr Northrup and his staff
