Her office is private practice and the hours are from 7am - 3pm. While she doesn't stay late I don't mind because I love early morning appt. Her staff was very friendly and I mean it. No robotic like or long faces. They weren't in a hurry and really helped with my questions about the paperwork. Dr Feaster is very thorough and hands on Doctor. She explained in detail and ask questions as if she was making sure to find the right treatment for me including some referrals. She connects with you eye to eye and hand to body and did not rush the process in a hurry to get to the next patient. I'm am beyond pleased with her and haven't had a doctor like her in like never.

It is also filthy and terrifying, if you like that in a medical practice. As far as I can tell this is the same business as another medical practice with a separate listing, Island Doctors (https://www.yelp.com/biz/island-doctors-saint-augustine-3). There is a van in their parking lot that says "Island Doctors" anyway, and their website (https://islanddoctors.com/location/anastasia-family-care/) has both names. My regular Doctor is Elizabeth Raushenberger, but I've seen others when she wasn't available. My doctors were all caring and thorough. I've never felt rushed out the door, and I love the online portal that I can go back to and remember procedures, dates, etc. I am very happy with my experiences here.

Other reviews mention that Dr Harris refers patients to specialists or that there isn't follow-up from your visits. Come on! We're adults. We've been to other doctors in other cities, states & countries. Most doctors refer you to specialists. Most adults know they're responsible for follow-ups. If Dr Harris orders a study or a test & we don't follow through with it, that's on *US* not on her. When the results do come back from the tests or specialists, we're informed as needed or requested by the doctor or her very capable staff. I appreciate that Dr Harris treats us as adults & I also appreciate that she & /or her staff will respond to our special requests promptly. In the past few years, Dr Harris has seen us through many emergencies where one or more of us needed extra care & we're grateful that Harris & her staff accommodated us. In our visits since, Dr Harris has been kind - on a basic human level - to acknowledge our losses, special needs & any concerns we have. When I leave her office, I feel as though I've left a very good therapist or friend. This matters.

She actually did little of her own medical treatments, usually referring you to a specialist for the simplist of things. She also did not followup with me in a timely manner for mammogram exam followup issues, and there were several insurance billing mistakes. I was always having to do the followup myself to ensure my own good health (both physically and financially). She frequently made referrals to specialists who were not even covered by my insurance. Referral followup was terrible. Took me months to get into pain management specialist and then only did when I took the bull by the horns myself!! Not recommended!!

I said just look down my throat I clearly have an infection. HE REFUSED to look down my throat. He said, 'I can't see down your throat.' I asked again for him to look down my throat, he put his light on his phone and said open up and instead of looking down my throat he turned and waved his phone in the air and said, see nothing. I was in there 1:27. I went to the Mayo for an apt two days later, the doctor said I sounded hoarse. She looked down my throat and prescribed me a z pack which did the trick. I then read his notes and found THREE LIES. He said he examined the bottom of my feet. LIE. This man never even felt the throat for swollen glands, he did an arch in the air. I have called United Health and told them about him and Walgreens also told me they have heard many complaints about him. He's not a doctor, he's a money man.
