I recently became a patient after a car accident. I'll admit, I have been skeptical about chiropractic care my entire life, but I needed some relief. To start, the office staff are all amazing! They are friendly, helpful and very responsive! The Drs really know what they are doing! They develop a great care plan that works for YOU! Dealing with lower back pain prohibits some activities for me, are necessary. But I was at wit's end with pain patches which didn't help much anyway. At Bailey Health Solutions, all staff I spoke with and showed me around were welcoming and professional which left me feeling comfortable and relaxed. I was shown the entire area of the practice and found out that Bailey Health Solutions covers than chiropractic care. There's therapy after an accident, botox and laser skin treatments, non-surgical knee therapy, and massage therapy. Dr. Bailey evaluated me, took x-rays, and adjusted my spine in places that obviously was needed since I woke up the next day without that nagging lower back pain. I've been to a dozen different Chiropractors over the years but none has treated me like Dr Bailey and his staff. I can assure you that there's not enough space on here for me to write the entire review about them, but Ill write a brief review. The Staff.. You walk in and are greeted by friendly(not acting, but truly) women that learn your name very quickly and treat you as if your their family. Meet you, greet you and treat you the way you deserve to be treated and they're not pressuring you to buy this, or that and if you don't have your card, don't worry this time.. You get to Dr Bailey and he examines you, and if you need X-rays he does it and he doesn't say, "Hmm let me see if your Insurance will cover this?". He's like I think we need to get a couple X-rays and he does it.. When your all done he like to hug folks now to some this may seem weird but to Italians we're use to it, we still hug, and kiss our aunts and uncles as its respect... This was my first time seeing a chiropractor and I am so glad this was the first place I tried. I've had neck problems for years and wanted to try something different to relieve some of my discomfort and pain. I was visiting friends in Florida and saw he had great online reviews so decided to give Dr. Bailey a shot. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, I immediately felt comfortable when I walked in. I met with Dr. Bailey within a few minutes of filling out my paperwork, he took a few X-rays, went over why he believed I was experiencing pain in my neck, and recommended things I could do at home (which have helped thus far). He then did an adjustment, and WOW! I felt immediate relief. I was less stiff in my neck area and had so much more mobility. What a difference. I will definitely be going back to see him next time I visit. The tough part will be finding someone as good as him where I live. read more
