When I told him I only needed one for my birthday boy, he said, "Let me check what I have in the back." He absolutely did not have to go out of his way to do that, but that small act of kindness completely made my day and is going to make my little boy feel so special when I pick him up from school. And of course I couldn't leave without getting something else, so I grabbed some Biscotti banana pudding for my husband because it's his favorite! The bakery itself is adorable, but the kindness and customer service are what will absolutely bring me back. They told me to come on a certain day for the cake and they never made my order. They never apologized. I forgave them and try to give them one more shot but they blew it. For 15 years on and off, I come here for their cakes and their pan but now they lost a family. We will never support you guys again.
