Thankfully, they offer…read morecall-ahead seating, so we called on our way over and were seated almost immediately when we walked in. The atmosphere is exactly what you'd want from a neighborhood taproom: casual, lively, and family-friendly. The bar is huge, with an impressive selection of draft beers (especially if you're an IPA fan), and they also have bourbon bottles available for purchase. We ordered burgers, and they were all really good. One bun seemed a little stale, but it didn't take away from the overall meal. The cheese curds were a standout: piping hot, crispy, and definitely worth ordering. The beef nachos, on the other hand, were a bit disappointing. They arrived cold and just didn't have the same wow factor as the rest of the food. My sweet potato fries were a little soggy, but I took the leftovers home and popped them in the air fryer the next day, and they turned out fantastic. Overall, I'd definitely go back. If you're looking for a laid-back spot with great burgers, a huge beer selection, and a menu that has something for just about everyone in the family, dog and kid friendly, 859 Taproom is a solid choice.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but this was a really frustrating experience at Longnecks Sports Grill…read more We waited over 2 hours for our food, and when it finally started coming out, it didn't even come together. One of my kid's pizzas came out first, and then the other one didn't show up until about 25 minutes later. Trying to keep kids patient in that situation is not easy. On top of that, our server barely checked on us the entire time. We felt pretty much forgotten about, and by the end, we didn't even get offered boxes.. we tried to track someone down and it was like we were being ignored. We weren't alone though, pretty much everyone sitting down to eat was in the same position as us. Almost like the staff needed to be trained better on time management. Especially since tables that came in before us was getting food even with more sat people? Honestly, it felt like since we weren't drinking alcohol, our table just wasn't a priority, which is disappointing when you're there spending money like everyone else. I usually try to be understanding, but this experience just missed the mark all around. I hope it was just an off night, but it definitely wasn't a good one for us.

They have a party room in the upstairs portion of the bar that has several dart boards up there. Apparently they have dart leagues at certain times but other than that you can throw darts at any time up there. I'll go in depth about my own food in a second but my wife highly recommends their white chili and the bite I had of the pot roast hoagie was really good too. Now then... Meatball Hoagie Soft Pretzel With Beer Cheese What Is It: The hoagie comes with meatballs, cheese, and lots of pizza sauce on Italian bread. They also include either plain or bbq potato chips (I got bbq). The pretzel comes with salt and a cup of beer cheese. Presentation: They served my hoagie open faced which improves the look of the dish but probably not your shirt. The pretzel looks like a pretzel. 6.5 out of 10 Taste: I'll start with the appetizer which was the soft pretzel. The pretzel was nice and soft and had lots of salt. The beer cheese had a very strong flavour which beer cheese should have. Perfect for this application. The hoagie as I mentioned was as messy as could be. They probably could have gone a little easier on the sauce but the sauce did have yood flavour. They certainly didn't skimp on the meatballs here either as they just bulge out of the sandwich. I do think the open faced serving of this sandwich helps it too. Just be ready to use the fork they give you with it. Definitely a tasty option. Food-wise, the burgers are consistently good juicy, flavorful, and actually cooked right. The sushi is surprisingly fresh for a non-traditional sushi spot, I love the surf and turf roll, me and my husband get it everytime, and it's a fun option if you want to mix things up.
