Cris came right out, diagnosed the underlying issues, and helped me switch ISPs to get a much more seamless connection into the house. He also installed a more robust UniFi UDM-SE, which has made the system much more reliable while also giving me room to expand with additional access points, cameras, and other devices in the future. What has really stood out, though, is the follow-up. The team has been incredibly helpful with remote troubleshooting whenever something does come up, which gives me a lot of peace of mind. The biggest difference? Problems are now the exception rather than a multiple-times-a-day occurrence. And when something does happen, it's generally the ISP--not the network system itself failing like it was before. Great service, knowledgeable team, and excellent ongoing support. This one set me up with a new phone and added discounts to make it look pretty. Two years later, Verizon "found two discounts" on my account that I shouldn't have and removed one without notice. Mind you, the representative who added those discounts works for Verizon. I didn't add those and wouldn't know whether they are valid or not, but I'm the one punished and he still made the sale. I didn't know I was dealing with the car dealership of cell phone providers.

The employees were great and tried their best on several occasions to improve the service with what they had. I received the advertised speed fairly often but it was not stable enough to stream. Latency ranged from the double digits to 500-700ms. I might get 25MB\sec one time and 2MB the next. It was like paying $88 for a tank of gas and only getting 5 gallons, but there was nothing I could do but suck it up and hope for something better next month. Frequent outages were frustrating. Some were brief and some were long but I had them weekly. Rain? Forget it. The slightest rain would result in rain fade and full loss of connectivity until it had passed. It's the norm with line of sight technology but it's aggravating. If you live close to one of their towers you probably wouldn't notice. I was maybe 3 miles away with good signal strength. Don't buy the story that 25 megs won't stream. It's the minimum needed for 4K and more than enough for 1080p unless you have several data hungry devices in the home. I now have 30MB from a local competitor and 4K video streams like water with two computers surfing YouTube. Latency is in the 20's. I give a ton of credit to the employees for trying but the trouble was beyond their reach. I hope RS can get their problems resolved. Competition is healthy.

She powered one on of my devices that had a # listed on the screen to cal, which I did & then she got up to go sit with the other female worker to have a whole other conversation. I glanced over a few times bc I was going to ask her a question, but I kept feeling uncomfortable since I was given the side eye or being ignored. I was warned not by one of my coworkers not to come to this location and even read the negative Yelp review. However, I did it anyways, and It honestly was a waste of time, and it was a very unpleasant & unprofessional experience. The only positive thing I can say about this location was that the male rep came over to ask me if I needed any assistance once he was done with his customer. Maybe this young lady was having a bad day or just did not want to deal with me, but that is no way to act with a customer. Additional training or a talk with her may be needed. I would most definitely not allow one of members of my staff act like that while under my supervision. Next time I will drive to a different location before coming back to this one.
