She assured us we were not going to be charged until after the job was officially completed. On installation day, Mike and Andrew arrived and worked hard throughout the entire day. The overall price was fair, including the additional crane cost needed to place the unit on the roof. During the installation, they discovered that one of the parts (sensor) was not working properly. Mike assured us that he would not leave until the AC was functioning--and he kept his word. What stood out most was Mike's patience and kindness.
