I usually order a Cortado, but after discussing how I prefer it to be made, the owner suggested I try a Macchiato (on my previous visit to their downtown location). On this visit I was served by their friendly Barista, Simon, who did a fabulous job preparing my coffee! They were lovely and made the experience THAT much better. I decided to try their peppermint syrup as opposed to my normal go-to pure cane syrup and was NOT disappointed! I am always pleasantly surprised by their VERY reasonable prices, especially for their level of quality. I will continue to go out of my way, even pay for parking, to visit either location. I find it hard to trust many "up and coming" coffee shops that are promoted by the city's numerous influencers, but this is an establishment I stand behind 1000%! 2026 is the year we all should try to be mindful of how and where we spend our dollar, and supporting locally owned and operated businesses is always a win in my book! My partner and I LOVED our drinks. Flavor packed and a great size. Good pricing and when we're visiting our friends in the future we will be sure to stop by. Parking is anywhere you decide - this truck is in a tiny home community. Service was fabulous and solely run by one person, she was lovely. Beautiful Coffee has a cute picnic table right by it and I can totally see myself coming here earlier and enjoying a cup a joe. If you're driving by, I highly recommend you stop by and give it a try. Kyoko Coffee is a Japanese-inspired coffee truck located near the ACC Highland Campus. The business operates out of an adorable, retrofitted microvan that immediately catches your attention. There is a sitting area used by multiple food trucks...overall laid-back environment. They also have free parking available My go-to coffee order is usually a latte, so I was excited to explore Kyoko's menu. Their specialty drinks feature Japanese and Asian-inspired flavors. According to the barista, the most popular drinks are the Tokyo Banana, Kyoko Dreams of Ube, and Miso Piloncillo. Since these flavors were all new to me, choosing a latte flavor was challenging. In the end, I decided on the Miso Piloncillo. The drink was smooth, well-balanced, and enjoyable. To be honest, I wasn't entirely sure what to expect from a miso-flavored latte, but the flavors blended together nicely and created a unique coffee experience. The coffee machine was apparently not performing optimally that day, so my drink may not have been a good representation of what they normally serve. Kyoko Coffee was a pleasant stop. It is important to note, the small size is truly tiny...possibly the smallest coffee serving I've seen in the United States. If you prefer a more substantial cup, I recommend ordering the larger size. Also, expect to pay a bit more than you would at a typical coffee shop.
