Food was pleasantly amazing, and service was great! Our server threw in fries for my kid without asking. All three entrees (kids burger, chicken club and twister wrap) were amazing. Nice change from the strip food.

Food is okay, staff seemed to be shorthanded. Hey, it's a desert out there - not much around to choose from. Just don't expect too much.

Posh hipster burger joints in the city, TAKE NOTE! I've heard "oh we don't do gluten-free buns, we…read moredo things the old-school way" far too many times from you people. You know who you are. CABLP is about as old-school as it gets, located in the middle of nowhere Nevada, & they do gluten-free buns. With no fuss. Take note. After riding all day through the Valley of Fire, we were hungry & wanted a classic burger dinner. CABPL was the correct choice. Kind staff, clean joint, reasonable prices. The burger didn't knock my socks off, but I didn't need it to. I just wanted a good burger. They provided exactly that & on a gluten-free bun to boot. Loved the thinly sliced fries, too. I don't know if I've ever had fries quite like them before, & they were super enjoyable. Well worth the stop!

I had an outstanding experience with CABL P in Moapa! From start to finish, everything was handled…read morewith professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure questions are answered and needs are met. What really stands out is their commitment to the community. It's clear they take pride in what they do and truly value the people they serve. The service was smooth, well-organized, and exceeded my expectations. If you're in the Moapa area and looking for reliable, top-quality service, I highly recommend CABL P. Five stars all the way!

Great food and bartender. We just needed a lighter lunch since we were planning on walking around…read moreafterwards so we shared some devils eggs and a pot roast dip sandwich. Both were very good and the sandwich came with slightly spicy tots. It was the perfect amount of food and the bar seating was comfortable. We've been here a few times but haven't been back in too many years. That'll change now and we'll be back sooner. Glad to see that this place is still here since so many other restaurants we visited once are now gone.

The waitstaff were dressed very casual, jeans and t-shirt casual. Although the food is upscale, everything else about this place seems very casual diner like. We could even see most of the work going on in the small kitchen. Mostly shareable plates... Our table chose the deviled eggs with caviar - these were a hit! Dynamite shrimp, most at the table liked these, they were spicy and the flavor was decent, but I just felt like the sauce made the breading a bit soggy and it wasn't a favorite of mine. Pork Belly - This had a buffalo sauce on it, which I wasn't too excited about at first, but it worked better than I expected. Wish it was just a little crispier but it was tender and I enjoyed it. Oxtail risotto - this one had mixed reviews from the table, I really enjoyed it. The flavor was good. There's only a small amount of meat and it's shredded into the risotto. Overall the consistency was a little weird, very thick and almost sticky/dry, plus the dark color. They had a steak on the menu and the flavor was great, one of the pricier menu items but it was a good share. My wife ordered a burger without the bun. She said the patty was well over-cooked and so it was pretty dry. They don't offer gluten-free buns or bread - bummer. The service was generally prompt, but seemed uncoordinated at times. For example, it seemed our waitress was also handling a very large party outside on the patio, and randomly the hostess would bring us a drink refill (hostess stand was right beside our table). That's good in a way, they are all a team, but she also picked up my plate and silverware after only the first appetizer - mind you they bring everything out as it's ready, so don't expect the whole table to eat together, you are expected to share! When I asked if she could replace my silverware, she grabbed a fork and knife and handed to me, but they weren't rolled in a napkin or anything, just barehanded me some silverware... anyway, I thought that was odd. Overall, the food had some bright spots and perhaps worth a lunch if you are downtown. I probably wouldn't seek it out again, but I'm not mad about the meal we had either.

I got dirctions from the Yelp app and was soon at the golf club. The restaurant is quite nice. There is patio dining and great views of the fairway(s). After looking over hte menu, I ordered the chili verde omelette. The omelette has Pork chile verde, pepperjack cheese, sour cream, guacamole, topped with pepperjack cheese and chile verde. The sour cream and guacamole are in small cups so you can use what you want. You have a choice of toast. I got rye toast. Butter for the toast is served separately in small plastic containers for those who want dry toast. The omelette also comes with some hash browns. I was served coffee shortly after I was seated and it was refilled once and I was asked about a second refill. It was a wonderful breakfast and made my drive to Mesquite a tasty place. The Grille gets 5 stars especially for the service. My server, Jessica, was delightful and so pleasant. I'm not in Mesquite often, but I would stop here another time for a meal.
