Great food and great service. Ordered the breakfast burrito and it was excellent. The bookcase by the restroom is a secret room. Check it out if you go. Bookcase turns into a secret door. Highly recommend Chris Angels hidden gem of a restaurant

This place was good.. cute atmosphere.. good food, service a little slow but looks like they were short staffed and working hard at keeping up. Me my husband and 2 teen boys had a variety, pizza, the mind freak burger, the rock n roll zinger, fries and rings and they were all good. The fries are sliced thin and super crispy which we love, the pizza was good, the zinger was great.

I recently saw a New York Times Instagram post with the following caption: "Is the Restaurant Good? Or Is It Just the Ambience?" I immediately thought of my recent experience at the celebrity-owned CAblp (pronounced Ca-blip) in Overton, Nevada. Owner Criss Angel seems to have heavily invested in marketing, branding, and ambiance at CAblp with witty catchphrases, both interior & exterior murals, pictures of his celebrity acquaintances adorning the walls, a secret magic room in the back, and Travel Nevada name-dropping the restaurant on their website. Unfortunately, the food here doesn't quite measure up to the hype. Here are a couple things that stood out in particular: 1.) The restaurant sells water ice, and the menu also mentions the pizza recipes are from the East Coast. It just so happens that I went to grad school in Philly, and I was a member of a Baltimore Pizza Meetup group for years. The water ice at CAblp is only sold by the pint, so I didn't even try it since authentic Philly water ice stands operate like a lemonade stand. They are open seasonally and thrive from selling single servings of water ice, which people buy to quickly cool off during the warmer months. Mind you, Overton, NV is in the Mojave Desert and much hotter than Philly, so I was baffled that I had to go to another restaurant/ice cream shop to get lemon sorbet to cool off after my intense 6-mile hike (with no tree cover) in the Moapa Valley. In terms of their pizzas, the pictures I saw posted online did not resemble any of the mouthwatering pizzas I remember from the East Coast, so I didn't consider that option. 2.) My server-- who was phenomenal--recommended CAblp's Cobb salad over the chicken wings. As a plant-based omnivore, I mostly eat salads, smoothies, bean dips, nuts, etc. during the week, and I have a couple servings of fish/seafood/meat on the weekends. So, I eat a lot of salads, and this one simply didn't measure up to any of the salads or bowls I've had recently.

Diner ambiance very cool! I was expecting a very Big Pickle but got an average wedge pickle (disappointed) the menu says "with a big pickle". Not a big pickle wedge. The hostess was very nice the cook too.

We'd been out rzr riding in Logandale and I told my friends I really wanted to check this place out. 9 of us came in on a Sunday late afternoon and the place wasn't very busy. The pizza had great reviews so I had to have it. Everything we ordered was fresh and extremely tasty. We expected bar food but the quality was much better than that. The food and the drink menu have a huge variety, which I thought was cool. Our server was super awesome. She gave us recommendations and the boys all got the energy drink slushees (and beer of course). I had an iced vanilla latte and it was awesome. I recommend the pizza, the mozzarella sticks, and the chicken bites!

Took a trip out to Moapa and Overton for fun with my girlfriend and infant son. Thought we'd stop in here. Criss Angel's Breakfast Lunch & Pizza, pronounced "Ca-Blip" as it says on their menu, was not as "magicky" as I imagined it would be decor-wise. There are some adornment of photos of Criss with some other celebraties, but that was about it. In regards to food, the garlic knots were nothing to write home about. Wasn't particularly soft or garlicky. The marinara sauce provided for dipping was too watery so it wouldn't grip onto the knots. The Fun Guy burger was the saving grace. It was nice and juicy. That was the best part of the meal. I got a side of onion rings and those were just fine. P.S. There were two flies the that were bothering us the whole time we were dining. I could not shoo them away. P.S.S. Kristen was our server and she was cool.

We enjoy riding our rzrs on the outskirts of Nevada and found ourselves very hungry on a Sunday afternoon. We looked up the closest restaurant that intrigued us and this was it. Being a Vegas local we know all about Chris Angel so figured it was a must try. There was a large group of us, we were promptly sat and had the restaurant to ourselves. The food came out fairly quick and refreshments were also prompt. The food honestly took me back, I was amazed at how good it all was. My fiancé got the monster blt, which is truly just a club sandwich blt. And I got the burger which was cooked perfectly. I look forward to coming back here!

The CABLP is a fun Chris Angel themed restaurant in the middle of nowhere but has some really freakin tasty burgers, awesome employees, and is sooo clean! I can't remember the name of the burger but I ordered the only one that comes with mushrooms and it was DELICIOUS!!! When I asked for a medium done burger, this place delivered. My mouth is watering again thinking about it. The garlic knots were okay. I've had better. They weren't really soft and doughy like I like and the tomato sauce was meh... but I would 100% go back for that mushroom burger! And our waitress, I believe her name was Kirsten... she is a sweetheart! She's very attentive, she's lived there forever, and took the time to tell us all the fun and noteworthy things to do and see in the area. I would go back just because of her as well. Thank you Kirsten if you see this! :-)

The food was ok and the staff was friendly. It was cool to check out since it's owned by Criss Angel.

The food isnt much. I hate to pile on a place that gets a lot of shade because the workers seem to really care but it isnt great.

This place is amazing! I found this place on Yelp when I was looking for a dinner option for us…read moreafter soaking at Zion Canyon. This place is literally right across the street! Plenty of parking too, though it's not very well lit. We arrived pretty close to their posted closing time, but they were still welcoming everyone in and happily taking orders. The place was packed! The staff is super friendly! We ordered a carnivore pizza for the 3 of us to share and we also got some of their ranch for dipping. My oldest got a refillable soda, my youngest tried one of their Italian sodas and I enjoyed a nonalcoholic Athletic Brewing beer! We were also able to dine in as well! Love the decor. They have art displayed and also for sale! The pizza was perfect, and dipped in the ranch...wow. Some of the best we've ever had! I would not hesitate to visit this place again! Highly recommend!

Coffee here was great, but I was so disappointed in the Phuket Pizza (my fault for ordering it I…read moreguess). The Phuket pizza was basically like generic Asian salad grocery kit dumped onto a cheese pizza. I was not expecting that much ingredients and should've looked up pictures and reviews on here. I immediately had regret and wished I ordered the barbecue chicken instead. Not sure how this was particularly even Thai inspired. I liked the crust at least, and my boyfriend enjoyed the margherita pizza. View of the canyon were great on the patio too, kinda crazy how right by the cliff this restaurant was. I'm rounding up to 4 stars because the frappe we had was genuinely good - you can taste the coffee and it wasn't overpowered by the sweeteners. Wish we had time to stop by for more in the mornings, but we started early in Zion. So overall, stick to more classics here and you probably won't be as disappointed as I was.
