Was in town for work and this place was recommended by a coworker. Went for lunch and sat outside with great views of the beach. The nachos were so good that I came back again when I was in town and got the same nachos. The empanadas were also good- I would recommend getting as an appetizer and sharing. Service was great, friendly staff.

We were skeptical already with places to eat in Myrtle Beach because even if they say it's 5 stars, it ends up disappointing us! So we really did not set any expectations for this one. We opted to seat outside because their indoor dining was blasting the AC on 50 degrees for some reason. Outside dining was gorgeous and we were surprised that there's not much flies around! Holy moly! It started it out with a free chips and salsa. Then I ordered the calamari and it was honestly one of the best I've had. The breading stays beautifully on the squid and the sauce was a beautiful balance of creamy, tart, salty and slight sweetness to it. I already know that's the appetizer and the chips was filling me up, so my husband and I opted to share an island grouper. The grouper was perfectly seasoned and cook, the pineapple salsa was an amazing compliment and the rice was so yummy. It was just a party of fresh flavor in our mouth! The service was also very attentive! We are very happy with our experience here!

Beautifully decorated place with amazing drinks and views! The outside seating in the grass and live music was fantastic!!! Fun drinks and yummy food! A little pricey but delish! Service was good.

The food was tasty. Loved the drinks. Waitress was not friendly, she also reached over our food to remove dishes and when she brought wrong side she was obviously annoyed and argued. The main dish was incorrect and the person who delivered the food argued and we had to ask for the menu to prove it. No apology just.."well we have different cooks." View was amazing. Wish they had been nicer. I would have stayed for more drinks.

Well they will definitely kill it in the summer being ocean front and right next to a big resort. As locals we are always looking for something new. I guess they have been here about a year now. Anyways, great location. Big open concept of mostly white colors and huge bar. Restaurant was clean, bathrooms were clear and Pierre was a decent server. Food was good... but didn't blow me away. I have been looking for mini chimis for 3 years and they had them on the menu. Wife got the Cali bowl, which had some good flavors but for $15 could've used another scoop of rice and black beans. My so called mini chimis wasn't what I was thinking. In the past I've had actually miniture chumichanga, a small roll of fried goodness. What they serve is a chimi just cut in half. I guess they mean less filling? Anyway I asked Pierre for a side if hot sauce and he gave me the birri hot sauce and that was an amazing addition. Saw one other item to try, so ill go back.

The parking lot is usually full, which always felt like a good sign. Well... after years of saying "maybe next time," we finally stopped in -- and we're glad we did. We were in town for a few days doing some work at our place and decided to try something new for dinner. I checked Yelp beforehand to see if they had a happy hour menu, and they did -- and it looked good. We arrived around 5:00 pm. There were only a few cars in the lot at that time, and the building (which used to be a Pizza Hut) is easy to spot. When we walked in, we were told to sit wherever we liked, so we headed straight to the bar. The bartender greeted us right away, gave us menus and waters, and made us feel welcome. Since it was our first visit, we had a lot of questions about the menu. The food seemed like a fusion of Asian and Korean flavors, and we weren't very familiar with it. She was fantastic patient, knowledgeable, and very helpful. She even mentioned their Date Night special, which turned out to be a great deal. She made my wife an iced tea that was different than the usual but very good, and I had an Old Fashioned that was excellent. We decided on the Date Night Special, which is a prix fixe menu for two for $45. It includes one starter to share, a selection of small plates, each person choosing their own main from a list of six (two with a small upcharge), and a dessert to share. For our starter, we chose the Scallion Pancakes. They aren't really pancakes in the traditional sense -- more like a thinner batter that's deep-fried and served with two sauces. Both sauces were excellent, and the appetizer was a great way to start the meal. For our mains, my wife ordered the Bibimbap with chicken, and I had the Korean Fried Chicken (+$3). When they set the plates down in front of us, I looked at my wife and said, this looks really good -- why haven't we stopped here before? Her dish came in a shallow bowl with cucumbers in a sauce, thinly shaved carrots, kimchi, rice topped with an egg, and a piece of fried chicken with sauce. Mine came with coleslaw, fresh-cut French fries, and two chicken breasts covered in the same flavorful sauce. The chicken on both dishes was the same, and that sauce was outstanding. My first bite was literally, "Why have we passed this place so many times?" My wife loved everything on her plate, and I enjoyed every bite of mine as well. Our dessert, the Apple Crumble, came out before we were completely finished with our meals. This was really the only thing that could have been handled a little differently. Even though we didn't eat it right away, it was still good we just felt a bit rushed trying to finish our food so the dessert wouldn't get cold and the ice cream wouldn't melt. Overall, we found a new top-5 restaurant to eat at when we're in town. To top it all off, while sitting at the bar we were talking with a waiter named Logan. He asked where we were from and mentioned he had family there. It turned out he's a cousin of a friend who grew up with our son and was actually in our son's wedding. Just a few weeks earlier, they were all in Myrtle Beach for a bachelor party for his cousin. Small world! Don't be like us driving past for years and saying "maybe next time." Just stop in and give it a try. The food is wonderful, the service was great, and we will definitely be back.

In general, the food was good and the staff was friendly. During my two-day visit I had two meals there. Tried the Grilled Tiger Prawns, Soutzoukakia, Beet Salad, Maroulsalata, Pastichio and Spanakorizo. 1. The tiger prawns came with four pieces. Tasted fresh but a bit too salty for me. 2. Soutzoukakia was basically lamb and beef meatballs. Compared to Kofta in Middle Eastern cuisine, these had more flavors from meat but less from other ingredients. Served over tomato sauce. 3. Beet salad had generous amount of beets, but the arugula tasted just-out-of-fridge; it was very cold and crispy, lacking the flavor of fresh arugula. 4. Maroulsalata was a salad with chopped (green) romaine, green onions, dill, crumbled feta and lemon+EVOO dressing. A light dish perfect for pairing with their meats or (heavy) pastas. 5. Pastichio, the Greek style Lasagna, is a classical. It was my first time to try it and it tasted fantastic. It was an ~4 inch square piece of layers of hollow pasta topped with ground beef, a thick layer of bechamel, and topped with graviera cheese. Unlike meat sauce, the ground beef was "dry", but this was OKay because the bechamel would smoothen everything. In general rich in flavor and creamy and definitely filling. 6. Spanakorizo was like risotto or porridge but perhaps had even more liquid. It had Arborio rice, spinach, herbs and Kefalograviera cheese. The staff were friendly. They recognized me when I had my second meal there, answered my questions about the menu patiently, and explained to me about their tips (I will discuss this below). The dishes were served in reasonable time. The vibe was definitely at the higher end among the restaurants in Myrtle Beach; plus it was not crowded at all. Despite the good food, you should be careful about the tip. Their suggested tip percentages are calculated based on the taxed price; e.g. if you select the suggested 18% you are actually tipping more than that.

The Service was outstanding, Ny was very pleasant and helpful for our party of 9. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. They have a full bar with plenty of bar seating in addition to the table seating throughout the restaurant. I ordered and thoroughly enjoyed an Arepa, an Empanada and a side odder of Scrambled rice with black beans. The name "La Vinotinto" is inspired by the Venezuelan national soccer team, whose official uniform is famously known as "La Vinotinto" (The Burgundy). From the second we walked in, we felt the vibe -- super clean, beautifully decorated, and full of that energy that tells you "yeah, this place is gonna hit." The food? Legit authentic. Not that watered-down tourist stuff. Everything had real flavor -- like someone's abuela was back there blessing each plate. My mom said the seasoning reminded her of her aunt's cooking back in Puerto Rico -- and that's saying something, because her aunt doesn't play. Drinks were next level. I ordered a margarita and they brought me what looked like a whole bucket of joy. I literally said out loud "¡Papi, bring me another!" Vacation mode was fully activated. The staff? Super friendly, super cool. Spoke Spanish with us, cracked jokes, made us feel at home like we were regulars even though it was our first time. Beautiful spot, authentic food, great people, and good vibes all around. My parents are already talking about coming back next weekend -- and we live 4 hours away.
