The appointment took an unusually long time for a straightforward Botox procedure, and there was no doctor or supervising medical professional on site--only injector nurses. I was told to return in two weeks for a follow-up, which is not standard protocol for authentic Botox treatments from Allergan. In all my years of experience, I have never been required to come back for a "follow-up" unless something went wrong or the product used was questionable. *The owner responded that she did not find my name so I edited this review to include my name and validate this review. The name is Gregoria L and the visit was this year in May . Based on the results and the experience, I strongly suspect I was not injected with genuine Botox. When I raised my concerns and asked for a refund, I was met with complete resistance and a flat-out refusal. This was a frustrating and unsettling experience. I do not feel confident that proper or authentic materials were used, and I cannot recommend this place to anyone seeking legitimate, professional cosmetic treatments. Her fingers pinpointed the exact spot that I had been having pain in for the past week. It was located right underneath my right shoulder blade. It was a knot and Vanessa worked on it and was able to loosen it up, thank God. I was able to relax, unwind, and just forget everything else. The atmosphere in the room was wonderful. I loved the background music and the heated bed was so comfortable. Vanessa's voice was soft spoken and she would explain what she was going to do, prior to doing it. She also wanted to make certain that I was no longer in pain and what my level was. At 12:35 p.m. on the day of my appointment, just over two hours before I was scheduled to arrive, I received a phone call informing me that Suzanne Best had overbooked herself and would not be able to perform my prenatal massage. The employee told me someone had supposedly reached out to notify me earlier. That simply isn't true. I never received a phone call, voicemail, email, or text message. My appointment confirmation and reminder both came through email without issue. When I questioned it, I was sent a screenshot of a text they claimed had been sent. Not only did I never receive it, but it was allegedly sent at 3:30 p.m. the day before--less than 24 hours before my appointment. What was even more disappointing was that the call came with absolutely no attempt to make the situation right. There was no offer to reschedule, no discussion of a refund, no apology beyond a simple explanation that they had overbooked, and no gesture to compensate for the inconvenience. I had already arranged to leave work early for this appointment, so this last-minute cancellation wasted both my time and my work schedule. To make matters worse, this business asks customers to prepay a tip when booking--before the service has even been provided. It's incredibly frustrating to be asked to tip in advance when the business can't even honor the appointment it confirmed. I was told Suzanne is part of management and would contact me tomorrow. When I asked if there was another manager available to speak with today, I was told there wasn't. That raises another question: if Suzanne is unavailable because she's supposedly double-booked, why is there no manager available to address the issue with an affected customer? The phone call ended without any resolution or refund being offered. As someone who is 33 weeks pregnant, I specifically scheduled a prenatal massage to help with the physical discomforts of pregnancy. Having that appointment canceled just hours beforehand--with no real communication beforehand and no effort to make things right--showed a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and consideration for a customer. I am pretty sure the treatment chair/table is not sanitized between clientele because everything is sticky. Even the clock in the room does not work. You are not told to bring any treatment distractions-fortunately I brought a book- nor are any distractions provided, no TV, no headphones, no tablet. You just lie on the treatment table for however many hours that treatment session takes. When your treatment is finished, you get redressed in the treatment room. Some wet wipes are provided to help remove some of the residue. Again, no privacy. you need to go home immediately to shower and wash your clothes. You are sticky from shoulders to knees, you are marked up with magic marker and look like a meat picture from the butcher, and your clothes are a mess from your stickiness.
