She proceeded to rush my Brazilian wax, miss pieces, and when I showed and mentioned still existing hair that needed to be removed per the service, she deeply sighed and pushed me to lay back down. Making me deeply uncomfortable and I told her she didn't have to push me down. When that service ended, her husband was in the shop and she proceeded to rush through my brows taking out more hair than the cleaning I asked for. The universe knew what it was doing when another customer walked in with 10 minutes to spare on their business hours.

Courtney, the real owner (it was Jenny I'd dealt with before) went really above and beyond to make…read morethings right. She called me and reached out through a friend of mine who's her client, to express how unacceptable she felt my last treatment was. I know it's not easy to face someone who wasn't happy with their experience but she tried multiple times to reach me and when she did, she was so genuine and I respected her for her apology so much that I scheduled a new set of services. Courtney clearly took to heart everything I'd offered as feedback in my first review, and during my microdermaplaning, lash lift, and lash tint (yes, an actual tint this time) she made sure that my services were impeccable. She gave me a big hug when I got there and was so appreciative of me coming back in. And I'm so happy with my lashes and my skin, I look ten years younger in just a couple of hours. Apparently there were some major bumps in the road with her business partner during my first services, and now she's gone and Courtney is making things right. I will definitely be going back regularly. I'm really happy that this situation turned around so completely. [heart emoji]

I almost never do anything for myself, I really haven't been in a salon since I was a child. I also never really learned how to take care of my curl pattern, and hid behind buns and braids all my life because I felt so ugly. I was also so very worried to lose any length because my late mother was so very attached to my long hair. But Lexi made me feel so heard, listened to, cared for and so very pretty. She made sure I could see every snip and talked me through it so I didn't feel as guilty. She didn't make me feel stupid at all for not knowing how to take care of my texture, she explained it so kindly and patiently. She and every lady in that salon that interacted with my friend and I were so very lovely. Thank you for everything, girls.

Best pedicure I've had in YEARS…read more The ambiance was amazing, pedicures are in a separate room where the lights are dimmed, very light peaceful music, talking is at a very minimal level. The service was beyond what I expected out of a suite nail salon. The amount of effort put into the massaging, cleaning, cleansing - amazing. The tech went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable, communicated via light taps instead of talking (super appreciate this, added to the ambiance!) and even made sure I liked the nail color after she put in on one nail. The price? Definitely not costly at all and will be lower than what you are expecting, especially when compared to other sub par nail salons AND given the level of service. I don't remember the name of the gal that I had, but I WILL be back!!
