I attended an open house at this beautiful Day spa. I am so glad that I was invited. I met the…read moreowner Chris and received a tour of the many services available at this spa. I made my way downstairs and received an eye plumping treatment, along with a complimentary EOS lip balm. The spa was running a Mother's Day Special and I decided to purchase a treatment for myself. Today, was my lucky day, I had my mini Swedish massage with Vanessa. All I can say is that she is a miracle worker. Her fingers pinpointed the exact spot that I had been having pain in for the past week. It was located right underneath my right shoulder blade. It was a knot and Vanessa worked on it and was able to loosen it up, thank God. I was able to relax, unwind, and just forget everything else. The atmosphere in the room was wonderful. I loved the background music and the heated bed was so comfortable. Vanessa's voice was soft spoken and she would explain what she was going to do, prior to doing it. She also wanted to make certain that I was no longer in pain and what my level was. She helped me work on my breathing and asked me to move my head so that she could figure out exactly what was causing the pain. She is definitely worth every single penny. I love that I have found a great Massage Therapist. I even bought another Mother's Day package just so I could try another spa treatment along with another massage. I'm looking forward to seeing Vanessa again.

I worked at New York Comedy Club, so I know good humor when I see it. Chantelle did not only give me the best Brazilian I've ever bad; being that it wasn't as painful as it usually is, absolutely no ingrown hairs afterwards and she easily is one of the funniest gals I've come across making the experience of a Brazilian much more enjoyable. I would recommend her and her spa to anyone who is looking for a good waxing place and is sketched out about every other place in Kenosha and Milwaukee like I was. I've had many waxing experiences prior and I can tell you whole heartily that this was the funnest appointment and best results I've ever had. GO HERE FOR YOUR WAXING NEEDS! She called me and reached out through a friend of mine who's her client, to express how unacceptable she felt my last treatment was. I know it's not easy to face someone who wasn't happy with their experience but she tried multiple times to reach me and when she did, she was so genuine and I respected her for her apology so much that I scheduled a new set of services. Courtney clearly took to heart everything I'd offered as feedback in my first review, and during my microdermaplaning, lash lift, and lash tint (yes, an actual tint this time) she made sure that my services were impeccable. She gave me a big hug when I got there and was so appreciative of me coming back in. And I'm so happy with my lashes and my skin, I look ten years younger in just a couple of hours. Apparently there were some major bumps in the road with her business partner during my first services, and now she's gone and Courtney is making things right. I will definitely be going back regularly. I'm really happy that this situation turned around so completely. [heart emoji]
