I know it's not easy to face someone who wasn't happy with their experience but she tried multiple times to reach me and when she did, she was so genuine and I respected her for her apology so much that I scheduled a new set of services. Courtney clearly took to heart everything I'd offered as feedback in my first review, and during my microdermaplaning, lash lift, and lash tint (yes, an actual tint this time) she made sure that my services were impeccable. And yes, you did mention the visceral fat issue so that lets you off the hook for non-results. The experience was also less that optimal You change clothing in the treatment room. The room is cluttered with 'stuff' all over, there is only a chair to sit on, no curtain for any privacy, nor any lockers, cubbies or anywhere to put your clothing or belongings. I am pretty sure the treatment chair/table is not sanitized between clientele because everything is sticky. Even the clock in the room does not work. You are not told to bring any treatment distractions-fortunately I brought a book- nor are any distractions provided, no TV, no headphones, no tablet. You just lie on the treatment table for however many hours that treatment session takes. When your treatment is finished, you get redressed in the treatment room. Some wet wipes are provided to help remove some of the residue. Again, no privacy. you need to go home immediately to shower and wash your clothes. You are sticky from shoulders to knees, you are marked up with magic marker and look like a meat picture from the butcher, and your clothes are a mess from your stickiness. Definitely not worth the money or time.

With the previous owners, those things are all gone. I got a manicure which I do regularly, and the person was very sloppy, and did not clean under my nails, which they didn't need much, and did not cut or file my nails, so many were different lengths than others. What's up with that?! She then slathered some oil on my hands and said OK you're done. All in all, about 6/7 minutes and $25! The person at the front desk looks and acts like she'd rather be anywhere else, but there and is not very nice. The inside has been changed and it looks very cheap and disorganized. I have been dealing with a lot of hip issues from excessive lifting and she knew just what to. Walked out of there with relief after months of dealing with the pain and trying to correct it myself. The owner Chris first off took over a week to respond back to my complaint about my credit card charges. Instead of him asking me what happened he listened to whatever his receptionist told him when I talk to her on the phone. Mind you this was not the person that I had engaged with on the 10th. Saying that I paid with a card and that I changed my mind to use the gift card which was a lie. Chris said he cannot refund me my card because of a new system that was installed. He proceeds to tell me to call my credit union and dispute the charges. I called my credit union and explained the situation. They said that it doesn't work like that. I reach back out to Chris and he has not responded back. I have yet to receive my refund till this day. I'm putting this review on all platform. No one should have to experience this his customer service skills is horrible. I'm also reporting this to the Better Business Bureau
