I have knee pain and massages help the pain go away for a while, it's been 4 days and I am still pain free!! I booked my next appointment that same day. I am so happy to have found an excellent therapist so close to home. I would 10/10 recommend this place. (oh - and the office is clean, quiet and very calming.)

I am in disbelief at the level of unprofessionalism and lack of integrity I experienced with this…read morebusiness. On 7/14, I booked a 90-minute prenatal massage for 7/20 at 2:45 p.m.--six days in advance. At 12:35 p.m. on the day of my appointment, just over two hours before I was scheduled to arrive, I received a phone call informing me that Suzanne Best had overbooked herself and would not be able to perform my prenatal massage. The employee told me someone had supposedly reached out to notify me earlier. That simply isn't true. I never received a phone call, voicemail, email, or text message. My appointment confirmation and reminder both came through email without issue. When I questioned it, I was sent a screenshot of a text they claimed had been sent. Not only did I never receive it, but it was allegedly sent at 3:30 p.m. the day before--less than 24 hours before my appointment. What was even more disappointing was that the call came with absolutely no attempt to make the situation right. There was no offer to reschedule, no discussion of a refund, no apology beyond a simple explanation that they had overbooked, and no gesture to compensate for the inconvenience. I had already arranged to leave work early for this appointment, so this last-minute cancellation wasted both my time and my work schedule. To make matters worse, this business asks customers to prepay a tip when booking--before the service has even been provided. It's incredibly frustrating to be asked to tip in advance when the business can't even honor the appointment it confirmed. I was told Suzanne is part of management and would contact me tomorrow. When I asked if there was another manager available to speak with today, I was told there wasn't. That raises another question: if Suzanne is unavailable because she's supposedly double-booked, why is there no manager available to address the issue with an affected customer? The phone call ended without any resolution or refund being offered. As someone who is 33 weeks pregnant, I specifically scheduled a prenatal massage to help with the physical discomforts of pregnancy. Having that appointment canceled just hours beforehand--with no real communication beforehand and no effort to make things right--showed a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and consideration for a customer. I cannot recommend doing business with a company that treats its customers this way.

Kenosha's best spa! Clean, professional, up to date…read more I found this spa through checking Yelp reviews of similar places in the area. I was in a LOT of pain due to a sports injury and needed a good massage therapist. Every single visit I've had, I have left so incredibly relieved. They don't pressure you to buy more or to come to classes, or do anything that you don't want to. You can tell that each staff member has your best interest in mind. I've seen 3 different massage therapists and have loved them all. I can't recommend this place enough! I haven't been to any of the classes, however, but I can say that if you come for a massage, you will be SO happy that you did.

If I could give this a - star I would! I purchased a couples deep tissue massage and let me tell…read moreyou it was anything but deep tissue. I have never been to a massage where they don't use oil or lotion. They didn't even put music on until my husband had asked for them to put music on and on top of it the two ladies that were doing our massages were also running the place so they had exited our massage that we paid an hour for three times in total. I kid you not I had to ask the lady to go deeper because it felt like I was getting a horrible skin burn because she was just rubbing my skin. Both my husband and I did not enjoy our couples massage and I urge anybody to not come here. I had a horrible experience for my husband's birthday and it was because of this massage. We both work full-time and just wanted to enjoy a nice relaxing deep tissue massage and this was anything but that. They should not advertise a deep tissue massage if they are not going to give it that I'm highly convinced that they don't even wash their tables and they use the same products for every single person. That's if you ask them to use their products they Will not willingly put any type of oil or lotion on you without request so stupid the worst massage I have ever received in my entire life
