I've been to VIP Massage about 8 times thus far, and I've always come away feeling so much more…read morerelaxed and limber after the massage! I've always gone for a deep tissue massage, and let me tell you, even though all the masseuses are around 100 pounds soaking wet, they can really give a guy like me a workout! Feels so good when they're walking on my lower back! They may have difficulty understanding what you want during your massage, so I've taken to using a translator on my phone so there's no confusion, and everyone is happy. I'll be going for another massage in the coming week, as my back has been getting progressively stiffer from doing all the necessary yardwork, and I'm really looking forward to it! Their rates are very competitive even after a recent price increase.

Services rendered: one 60-minute foot & body massage and one 30-minute body massage…read more Pros: 1) Vivian (I think that was her name) was very friendly. 2) Vivian had great technique. My aunt had the 60-minute massage and she felt tremendously better afterward; my aunt had tight shoulders and back and was so happy after that she gave Vivian a hug. She's amazingly strong for her size. 3) The pricing is simple enough to understand- $10 for every 10 minutes. 4) Senior citizens 65 and older get a 20% discount. My aunt's massage went from $60 to $48 with the discount. It's quite generous. 5) If you get 10 massages (all of the same duration), the 11th is free. Cons: 1) I'm not sure if she was busy with another customer but no one answered the phone when I called earlier in the morning. 2) Be forewarned- CASH ONLY. Summary: Anything that makes my aunt that happy deserves five stars. She's going back again.

Left With Severe Pain After Massage - Very Disappointing Experience…read moreI went to this location for a massage and ended up having one of the worst experiences. This was my second visit. The first therapist I saw (who was excellent) no longer works there, so I booked my next appointment with Laura Ries. Right after the session with Laura, I noticed some pain in my right hand. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt, thinking it might just be normal soreness. Instead, the pain kept getting worse day by day. Now I have sharp pain near my elbow that spreads throughout my arm whenever I move it, and it has become a real problem in my daily life. I called the place to let them know what happened, hoping for at least some guidance or concern. Instead, I was told they "can't do anything" because they're "not professional physicians." The response felt dismissive and unhelpful, especially considering the pain clearly started right after their service. Overall, this has been a very bad experience, and I'm left dealing with significant discomfort and no support from the business. I would not recommend this place based on how they handled the situation.
