She asked me I how was the pressure I said more pressure because I paid for deep tissue and this was more Swedish massage. Light pressure and lots oil rubbing. The whole experience takes patience. I asked for a foot massage for the advertised price and received a full massage for double. They say no credit but have credit when you don't have cash. The intensity can be a bit much and if you are looking for fancy, this is not the place. The massage feels great but do not bother calling ahead, you will have folks that will be difficult to communicate with. An online booking system would be best. I had 60 minutes foot reflexology. (45 minutes foot massage &15 minutes back massage) I believe his name is Davis, he did a great job. I like firm pressure and I felt his massage is authentic. He gave a firm pressure on my shoulders and neck where I felt stiff. He also used hot stones massaging entire my body. I gave him a good tips because I thought his massage for an hour was worth it. Massage wasn't good nor bad, but different. My masseuse used wayyyy too much oil. I was dripping. There aren't privates rooms, just stalls with curtains. There was way too much going on in the background between the music, someone watching tv, as well as banging sounds. Overall I wouldn't recommend, but some may like it. read more

My 60-minute massage here tonight was a favorable experience even though upon initially entering the building, these glaringly bright ceiling lights were on. I asked if they could be turned off, and they did. Also, they keep pretty busy here so I recommend scheduling an appointment. Once my massage began, I was blissed out. My therapist Amy was strong and skillful. I was given a hot stone treatment in the middle of the massage, so if you aren't into the hot stones, be sure to mention that prior to the service beginning. Just went with my mom with a last minute appointment. I called around 5 pm to see if there was an opening around 7! The owner was kind and stated that I would be able to come in. When my mother and I arrived, there is a small area that you can take your shoes off, but since we just had flip-flops on, I saw another woman come out with their flip-flops, so we left ours on. They also have a small Dove chocolate plate, so I helped myself to one. The owner also handed my mother and I water bottles while we waited. I was in my own secluded area, and I got a 60 minute massage for $30. There was a female who did my massage, and when she was working on my back, she left for a moment and came back with hot stones and a towel. I have never had hot stones before and I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it felt! She worked on my feet for 45 minutes and also did the same thing with the stones and the hot towel! The only small drawback is that her and the owner did chat a little bit throughout the massage, but I was still able to completely relax and enjoy my time! They do have a punchcard that after the 10th massage you do get one free. I will certainly be returning! read more

She is a very hard working masseuse who literally takes time in the work she does .. even when she is tired she still gives 100 percent. I came when I was experiencing menstrual cramps my last visit and she completely catered the massage towards that even putting hot stones wrapped in a towel on my abdomen . So me and coworker came here for a massage after a long stressful day. The massage was brutal! Normally I love deep tissue massages and for them to go hard on my back but this was a little too much. I kept moving and telling the lady that it hurt and she wouldn't remove pressure. My coworker felt the same. I don't know if it was the language barrier or if it was because they were about to close? My massage was tolerable so I tipped accordingly, but my coworker did not enjoy hers and the lady literally MADE her tip her more than $12 for a $38 massage that she did not enjoy. I went there around like one week ago because I had a terrible upper back pain, I explained the lady my issue and where I wanted her to focus on. The massage was great because it did it's job. I left feeling lighter and super relaxed. The only 2 things that I would complain about are, the lights weren't dimmed or turn off and 2 there's a camera on the next room that definitely has a weird angle that may or may not have visibility to the room where you get your massage. I obviously asked the lady about the camera where was pointing out because there's another one facing at the entrance and she said that, it's another angle for customers coming in. The gentleman gave us good directions on the phone on how to get there and stayed on the phone with us until we found it. I came here for a couples massage treatment. When you first walk in you are asked to take your shoes off and get seated on these comfortable chairs/sofas. The feel of the place was a very homely, positive, and bright environment. The decor and colors were very nice and you could hear the music loud and clear. The people were friendly and the place was clean. We did the 60 minute full body massage. Open area massage. Here you keep your clothing on but you get massaged with lotion on some parts of your body. Only thing I would suggest is to keep the conversations to a minimum and the laughter while giving the massage because I'm expecting to zone out with the massage and music. I appreciated the opportunity to have a massage while clothed, and it did not seem to interfere in the least with the quality of the massage. Every minute I was there was dedicated to the massage. From time to time I was asked if the pressure was acceptable, and the staff made sure I was comfortable and enjoying it fully. I was so pleased, that I already made an appointment to go back! Relax Magic offers quite a long menu of services. For my initial visit I just had a 40 minute whole body massage - rather routine, I know. Came in with a Groupon. They undersold what the massage would be like. I got a reflexology session with a massage so I was expecting a foot rub with a basic back massage. She managed to do my whole body over the clothes, and it was amazing. Also threw In some stretches that I couldn't do myself. I used to be a massage therapist and I noticed she used a very large combinations of techniques. Everything was on point and I didn't have to tell her something she did hurt! Huge plus in my book since my other traditional Groupon massages managed to hurt me. Definitely worth the money. It was over the clothes in a common room but it manages to stay so quiet! Oh and I received a true hour. At other places where I had to take off my clothes and be in a private room, an hour was actually 45-50 minutes. It was a bummer, those 10 minutes matter! Overall a decent experience and a pleasant massage. I do have to say I feel their website and Groupon photos are a little deceptive in terms of the service you will receive. The photos would lead you to believe you are getting a traditional massage in the sense that you have a private room to undress and receive your massage. In actuality you are fully clothed in a common room. In my personal opinion receiving a massage over your clothing is a completely different experience and somewhat limits what the therapist can do. The therapist I had did a good job but there was no personalization (in my experience a therapist usually asks you before starting if there are any areas you want focused on). The salon is very nice and clean and everyone was very pleasant and welcoming. I was satisfied with the massage I got considering I used a Groupon, but I would go elsewhere to get a more traditional experience if I were to be paying full price. read more

This place is fantastic! I had the best deep tissue massage ever! Dick is very good. You forget how good feel when it's been so long of not feeling good. I've had chemo and surgeries and more treatment and my body was torn down. I have been to other facilities it none can compare to this! Everything I needed, Dick did in 2 treatments. I had an hour full body and the other was 40 min body and 30 min foot. I can now move, bend, stand, and sit with no pain. I highly recommend for those that work hard, or stressed, or have active or non active lifestyles. I sit at computer 4to 6 hours and that causes poor posture. Walk-ins are welcome. So today my daughter and I decided to go to this place. 1) they were good at what they did LiLi and Andey. I wanted a reflexology and my daughter a regular massage well we both ended up with the reflexology but that's not what I had requested so language is an issue. But at the end of it all my daughter was pleased and that was good. So Groupon has a lot of coupons for them take advantage of it you will be pleasantly surprised . Great place. Went in because I had gotten a Groupon and was trying to find the location. I just wanted to make an appt like the Groupon said by they were able to take me right away. It was a clean, calm place. Even with the group class next door (must get annoying to listen to the perky coaches all day) the atmosphere just melts away their noisy cheering.
