One of the most unique massages I've ever gotten for sure. I wasn't sure what to expect when walking in, other reviews said there was a language barrier, and even when I called that was apparent. But nevertheless I went and when I showed up I still wasn't sure to expect there was only one lady in the shop. No problem, I didn't get to really specify what i wanted but I went with it and hoped for the best. I mainly went in because I had some shoulder pain from exercising that i wanted some relief from I got into the room, a different lady came in and said the other lady was busy and if it was okay if she messaged me, sure. Once we get started she asked me if she could walk on me. I was a little shocked. But once again I'm flexible and all up for new experiences so i went with it. About 10 minutes of this and I'm wondering if i got a bait and switch from the deep tissue massage i wanted. I was about to speak up when she suddenly climbed off and started massaging me like "normal" and she was amazing. I never mentioned anything about my shoulder but she gravitated to the spot, finding all the knots and even pulling and stretching the tendon, (I have an impingment, where the tendon is caught and inflamed) she even followed the muscle all the way down the back to work out the entirety of the shoulder pain Then, she massaged with a hot towel, through the towel and without it. Helped me even stretch, which when you got to a lot of other massage places especially commercial spots they feel very scripted like certain motions, certain areas. Not here the lady helped me stretch my hips even putting pressure right at the joint of the inside of my hip. Nothing makes me more disappointed than when I go to a massage place and it feels half assed and I leave feeling like my muscle pain or stiffness has barely been addressed Only thing that was a little bit of a downside it seemed like she was there alone, so twice she had to quickly leave the room to answer the phone or meet someone at the door. She was super quick, very apologetic. So I could even be mad. And when the hour alarm went off she gave me another 15 minutes to make sure I got my full time. So cons: Language barrier Hard to specific exactly what you want Might have to quickly excuse yourself But if you're flexible, and there to relax you won't get a better massage elsewhere. The massage from here was the best therapeutic massage I have ever gotten! As Maggie worked on me, i started feeling more relaxed, and then after leaving I notice how loose my muscles and in general all of me felt so much better. I was extremely tight and even my chiropractor could not get my spine and neck right. She loosened up my muscles and fascia so much! Additionally, I get migraines and have been getting them daily recently, but since she worked on me, they have lessened tremendously. I will be going back for sure!! read more

Amazing!!! I was in pain for days with all the traveling over the holidays. The therapists are very experienced. No appointments needed. Place is super clean too. I would say they are the best in the area! The massage is not just some lady rub lotion all over your body, they are actually knowledgeable of my back issues and work hard to get the knots off my back. I feel like a brand-new person again. I used to get monthly deep tissue massages every month, but my masseuse moved to another state. I've had trouble finding a good "replacement." In addition, after several days of intense garden cleanup recently, my body was very stiff and needed attention. I tried "Your Wellness Spa" and was not disappointed. I chose the 90-minute session & Jen made sure she addressed my issues, using different techniques, including walking on my back, and using hot stones & towels. As another reviewer experienced, Jen had to stop to answer the phone during my session, but the calls were so short, there was no negative impact. Overall, I was pleased with the treatment she gave me. I am disappointed though, that the website offers "10% off for first time customers" but it was not honored due to "rising costs." Also, listed prices are outdated and lower than the current fees. Jen said they can't find someone to update the website. In the end, she did give me a small discount. I would recommend this place if you're looking for someone to really work your muscles instead of marinating you in oil. read more
