Today was the final straw, I was getting a full body massage (private room), her phone kept dinging during the massage. It went off about 4 times and then when I am face up and have the eye mask on she proceeds to send 2 text messages. Once the 5th ding happens, I say enough with the phone, it's rude to me as a customer. She laughs and says "sorry" now I am really irritated. I go there for peace and quiet, not to listen to her phone dinging and not for her to be texting on what is my time that I am paying for. Not 5 minutes later her phone rings and she answers and I told her to get out of the room and this is not the way to run a business, my massage was not done. I get up get dressed and left. And yes I paid for the full time but I shouldn't have, if this is how you treat repeat customers you don't deserve customers. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY IF THEY DON'T RESPECT YOU OR YOUR PEACE.

I think one thing that could make the experience better is if the masseuses slowed down a bit, focused more on providing deeper pressure and trying to pinpoint/find the knots in our body. Although I got a 90-minute couples massage it felt like segments were rushed and I never quite felt like I got into that relaxed mode.
