I am extremely impressed by the quality of the therapists at China Thai Massage. The deep tissue work is truly outstanding. I require 90 minutes per session. I recommend at least 60 minutes to receive the full benefit. 30 minutes goes by far too quickly. I've been treated by two different therapists at this location and the relief they've both provided me has been far superior than any other traditional Western based therapies I've experienced by far. The Eastern approach to wellness is superior in my opinion because it's holistic. The focus is on the entire body. Not just isolated muscle groups. I DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY HAVE GOING ON IN HERE! I went in for a deep tissue 60 min massage. I was made to wait 15 min until my service began. The therapist didn't even use lotion or oil until I asked her to. Didn't touch my skin until I asked her to. Did not apply any type of pressure let alone deep tissue. She didn't even touch my left shoulder once. She didn't apply any oil or lotion on my legs. And on top of all that, She ended 5 minutes early. I asked for another therapist to perform the service as services were not rendered. The manager JENNY refused that option to rectify the situation and refused to give me a refund. She asked me to not write a review and to dispute the charge with my card company. That was her "helping". So my bank made it right, NOT THE BUSINESS. I do not recommend. read more

This is a terrible first impression and the person I was sending to this place hasn't even gone here yet ( for their birthday). When I first called the number listed for this business, some woman answered and I responded with a few questions. One of them being alternative payment options as this is a gift for someone thousands of miles away from me. To clarify, I was informed that Cash and Apple Pay are accepted. So, as I'm trying to schedule the 90mins Shiatsu massage, she began whispering and hung up on me. Such a weird interaction. Then she began texting me... we had a mutual understanding for this Saturday's appointment- 6/10 and secured my slot. BUT WAIT! Once I asked for the price of the massage, just to confirm, she ignores my text and then calls me back -__- Next thing you know, the appoint time gets changed. Anyway, today, I offered to pay the full amount BEFORE the appointment. The reason why is because I need to call my bank to report fraudulent activity and most of the time, they freeze your existing card and send you a new one. The woman then says that she can't "operate". Nor did she provide another alternative. Please read the text messages. They were very accommodating and able to squeeze me in today. I went for the 1 hour full body massage session and explained my problem areas (mainly being my upper back and neck due to a previous injury). She focused on my pain-points and gave a great, deep massage - as I made it clear when I called that is what I was looking for. I came here after a long run to help my body recover. I went ahead and called to book myself an appointment. I choose the 90 minute deep tissue option. If you choose to pay with a card, you'll have to pay in advanced. You'll also have to pay tip(as you should with this type of service) in advanced. She pushed for a 30% tip and obliged because of the time length I chose. The massage itself was medium pressure and worked my entire body. Started on my back for 1/3 of the entire thing. Then proceeded to my shoulders and some stretches. Ended with my hamstrings and calves. Overall, good visit and good staff that knows what they are doing. I highly recommend you check them out if you have some aches. read more
