It's kind of a technique of Massage, very pointed pain relief, reflexology..I'm not even sure what to call it all except it was excellent. Jessica and Courtney really know their stuff! I love that they quietly explain what they are doing/using and make you feel comfortable during the process. Highly recommend both! I also appreciate they didn't try to push a mass purchase of products. The only area where Healing Grounds falls short is the checkout process. Both times, it felt very transactional. Not a warm, fuzzy and appreciative departure. This last visit, I felt like I was disturbing her trying to check out. I would have hoped the experience start to end would be happy and relaxing. Just my personal experience both times, with 2 different receptionists. Otherwise, as far as servicies and facility, 5 stars.

We had just moved to Bristol and I wanted to find a nearby salon that would make my hair pretty again. I had a lot of concerns in regards to COVID (I'm higher risk and my dad is as well) and the colorist/stylist was extremely accommodating, which I really appreciated. She made me feel relaxed so I could enjoy some pampering. Everyone wore masks and they had dividers at each station. The colorist/stylist did such a beautiful job on the color, haircut and blow-dry! I was very impressed with her work. I will certainly recommend this wonderful gem of a salon to my neighbors and friends.
