Despite being a loyal customer for years, we have decided to seek hair care elsewhere after being…read moreinformed for the first time - ever - that "there is a 5 minute late policy" when my Husband pitched in to take my daughter to her appointment after I became violently sick. Her appointment was at 2 pm and my Husband arrived with her at 2:07 pm. They refused to see my young daughter through no fault of her own and without any advance notice of said policy. Had we known, I may have risked taking my daughter myself instead of requesting help from my Husband. I wanted to inform other customers in case they potentially run into an emergency that may make them "5 minutes late" as we were not extended that courtesy. We were simply and quite unfortunately turned away. Although, I do believe my Husband and daughter were discriminated against as I do not see this "policy" listed anywhere. If it is, in fact, a true policy, I would recommend the salon make their customers and potential customers aware in advance as the only heads up we have ever received was their policy on 12 hour cancellation.

I've been going to this salon for a couple of years now Jasmine is an absolute amazing masseuse…read more However my last experience on June 10th I had a gift card to pay for my services the receptionist accidentally instead charge the entire amount on my credit card because that was what I was using to pay Jasmine her tip. The owner Chris first off took over a week to respond back to my complaint about my credit card charges. Instead of him asking me what happened he listened to whatever his receptionist told him when I talk to her on the phone. Mind you this was not the person that I had engaged with on the 10th. Saying that I paid with a card and that I changed my mind to use the gift card which was a lie. Chris said he cannot refund me my card because of a new system that was installed. He proceeds to tell me to call my credit union and dispute the charges. I called my credit union and explained the situation. They said that it doesn't work like that. I reach back out to Chris and he has not responded back. I have yet to receive my refund till this day. I'm putting this review on all platform. No one should have to experience this his customer service skills is horrible. I'm also reporting this to the Better Business Bureau

They have elevators and disabled parking. Having said that let's get to my experience with Nicole. I had called first and asked for somebody that was familiar with biracial hair and they recommended Nicole. Everybody was very lovely, but Nicole was absolutely awesome. She is incredibly funny and very, very talented with curly hair! She did a phenomenal job, understanding my hair and cutting it accordingly. I absolutely love my curls. She cut my hair in a way where they are popping out, but look really luscious. I used to go to Milwaukee for haircuts and now I am ecstatic that I have somebody as talented as Nicole very close by.

I attended an open house at this beautiful Day spa. I am so glad that I was invited. I met the…read moreowner Chris and received a tour of the many services available at this spa. I made my way downstairs and received an eye plumping treatment, along with a complimentary EOS lip balm. The spa was running a Mother's Day Special and I decided to purchase a treatment for myself. Today, was my lucky day, I had my mini Swedish massage with Vanessa. All I can say is that she is a miracle worker. Her fingers pinpointed the exact spot that I had been having pain in for the past week. It was located right underneath my right shoulder blade. It was a knot and Vanessa worked on it and was able to loosen it up, thank God. I was able to relax, unwind, and just forget everything else. The atmosphere in the room was wonderful. I loved the background music and the heated bed was so comfortable. Vanessa's voice was soft spoken and she would explain what she was going to do, prior to doing it. She also wanted to make certain that I was no longer in pain and what my level was. She helped me work on my breathing and asked me to move my head so that she could figure out exactly what was causing the pain. She is definitely worth every single penny. I love that I have found a great Massage Therapist. I even bought another Mother's Day package just so I could try another spa treatment along with another massage. I'm looking forward to seeing Vanessa again.

Unfortunately, the front desk has ruined my experience. She can come across as rude and doesn't seem to listen when I make appointments. More than once, I've asked for a specific day with Harry, and instead of telling me he isn't available or asking if another day would work, I've been scheduled on a different day or even with someone else without being asked first. It's really disappointing because this has nothing to do with Harry. He is incredibly talented, and I will continue recommending him to anyone looking for beautiful nails. Unfortunately, because of my experiences with the front desk, I'm no longer happy going there and have decided I won't be returning.
