Went and got my gel nail polish changed today. The technician was extremely rough. The Dremel tool hit my skin three times. He cut the nails super quickly, getting really close to my skin. And when he filed, he grabbed my hands really hard and was filing super hard. I've had some great experiences there in the past, but the last three times I've been there have been terrible. Not thrilled with this salon and I'll never be back. The appointment was 10 minutes late. All I needed was a gel fill with a few replacement nails to add. What she did was horrifying - the tip was cut shorter and she took the discarded piece and glued it back on. I told her not to do it but she did it anyway. Now I'm stuck with this very visible line showing where she glued on the discarded tip. So tacky and unprofessional. There were two managers on duty and one kept talking above the other, which just seemed weird. The manager was kind enough to offer a discount card for my next service, but I think I'll give it to a family member or friend because I was just so disappointed with this. The nail techs seem to not understand people very well and it appeared that the manager was having to correct a lot of mistakes on behalf of these techs being unable to comprehend what we are trying to tell them. Poor quality, and there are better salons in the area with more skilled technicians offering the same prices. read more

My wife and two daughters (age 7 and 9) went here to get manicures on the Thursday before Christmas. They said the receptionist and reception area were very nice and it was great to see. All 3 of them received basic manicures. My wife did say that she had a lot of difficulty conveying what she wanted to the nail tech, and it was just to put a little white on her nail with red on it so it looked like a Santa hat. She read in the receipt about the 10-day guarantee if there were any chips or anything wrong with the manicures. Good thing they said that because they had to go back in on Christmas Eve to have all 3 of their manicures fixed. She said that she was made to feel bad by the nail tech because all 3 needed to be fixed. She said it was also very uncomfortable because the nail techs were clearly talking about them in their native language. Seemed very rude and unprofessional. She did have a good interaction with the owner during this visit, but still left with a sour taste in her mouth. It has now been less than a week and all 3 manicures are essentially ruined, but my wife does not feel comfortable going back in to have them all touched up again. Just left this salon and I had to pay $15 for them to soak off my nails. I checked in with the front desk receptionist and told her I wanted a full set so she sat me with a nail tech right away. After the tech was done soaking off my nails I asked if he was going to put new tips on and then the receptionist stormed over saying I never mentioned anything about a full set when I clearly did. She said they don't have time for a full set and basically kicked me still making me pay money to soak my nails off. The entire staff was rude. Do not go here. read more

Well... My aunt and i went to this salon together. My aunt was there before me getting a gel manicure. Her manicure was not the best. the technicians. Technique was very good but she asked for a certain nail color and style (showed him a pic from pinterest) and three times and he kept giving her gold polish rather than the polish she asked for, which was a silver sparkle. my aunt told him about the polish for the third time, and he rolled his eyes and gave her attitude and then she just told him cover it up because she was over it. when he covered it up that made the nails even worse. but has pedicure was really excellent, so she was hoping that she could deal with a manicure, but she is not happy when they are her birthday nails, and they are fugly. Also She told front desk that she was not happy with nails , and they did nothing to try and accommodate her. My aunt and I were supposed to be getting pedicures together at 3 o'clock and the front desk receptionist knew that and instead of making me wait she did not let us go together and then said oops my bad. After my pedicure, she asked me with an attitude. Oh, you're done already, and kind of rolled her eyes, and then I went and sat by my aunt and she was complaining about the manicure. I do not recommend this place due to the very rude receptionist with the blonde hair that is in a bun and non-professional outfit and the mediocre nail services. when my aunt called to complain, they would not accommodate her again and told her that she would have to pay another $25 for a polish change when she already did not like the nails she will not be returning and neither will i. read more

Only did one coat of base color and the gel is very flimsy not thick like normal gel. He used two different techniques to paint the white tips on each foot so they don't match. I have been going here since they opened. I finally found a nail tech I really liked but unfortunately she no longer works there. I have had a few nail techs and they seem to rush through my appointments, constantly talking to each other and obviously talking about other employees or customers. My last appointment I went for dipping powder. I was started by one nail tech and halfway through told to sit somewhere else where another nail tech finished the job. Not once did he acknowledge me and did a pretty crappy job. His station was not clean from previous customer. There was a wet spot my arm sat in and pink powder on the table from previous customer. I had white dipping powder done and when my nails were done a few of the white nails had a hint of pink due to the powder left on the station that got onto my nails during the dipping process. My thumb nails look awful. One is longer than the other the other looks fat, short and square. I have also been in there a few times for a pedicure and the last time was with my mom. The guys laughed and talked to each other then would look at my mom and I obviously speaking about us. The guy doing my nails massaged my legs so hard I thought I would be bruised. I told him at one point he was being to rough and again he and the guys laughed. It's sad to see this place go downhill so fast, not as clean and staff not friendly as they were when they first opened. It was a place I would always highly recommend but not anymore. The manager is very nice but always seems to be dealing with complaining customers due to nail techs not listening to what the customer wants. Unfortunately I will be finding a new salon. read more

Very evident the person I had was brand new. If I could submit a picture of how my toes are painted. She was very terrified to paint my nails keep having to tell her where to paint so many spots missed for painting I just gave up having to tell her how to paint. My two big toes both slanted shape like this "/" and not straight across. This salon offers a ten day guarantee, but they should just do it right the first time. People are busy and there's not always time to go back for a repair. If I could give them zero stars I would. I went in for a cute black stiletto with a little red under and I left with some nasty not what I told him polish all over my fingers B.S. He didn't cut my cuticles down or prime my nail at all he sat me down and immediately started gluing the press on on, and he didn't clean up my hands after at all. He didn't listen to me on the length and made them ask way too short. And he left me with a thin little cut from his finger nails digging in to my hand. I left in tears. I was so upset I couldn't even say anything bc I didn't want to cry in front of everyone. And when I asked my bf to go in and talk to them all they said was I need to go back in and talk to the guy who did them. I was so upset the last thing I wanted to do was talk to the guy who hurt my hands for the past hour and forty five minutes. He must have been new bc he had like two or three people keep walking up behind him and watching. He was terrible he hurt my hands over and over in the process of doing my nails and it was absolutely gross looking with polish everywhere and my cuticles and everything. Within a week my pointer nails both had popped off and they were all so overgrown I was in need of a fill. I will never go here again -1000/10 read more
