The owner Chris first off took over a week to respond back to my complaint about my credit card charges. Instead of him asking me what happened he listened to whatever his receptionist told him when I talk to her on the phone. Mind you this was not the person that I had engaged with on the 10th. Saying that I paid with a card and that I changed my mind to use the gift card which was a lie. Chris said he cannot refund me my card because of a new system that was installed. He proceeds to tell me to call my credit union and dispute the charges. I called my credit union and explained the situation. They said that it doesn't work like that. I reach back out to Chris and he has not responded back. I have yet to receive my refund till this day. I'm putting this review on all platform. No one should have to experience this his customer service skills is horrible. I'm also reporting this to the Better Business Bureau

The lady kept getting up and walking away to do random things so the nail appointment took an hour and a half. Did not listen and was not helpful. I called and am going to a refund. do not recommend. Update: went to go get a refund and was argued with for 15 minutes and told I wouldn't get a refund. The entire experience was horrible. This is the worst nail salon around. DO NOT GO HERE. I'm glad I agreed, because since then I've only trusted SuYen with my hair - from Brazilian blowouts to Balayage and to going my natural dark brown. I don't know how, but she remembers the little details that matter about her clients, which includes how long it takes for one's hair to process, how our hair turns out with certain toners, our hair textures. She's always pleasant to talk to. She researches the products she uses and always wants what's best for her clients. I love that she uses hair dye with the least damaging ingredients - many of the products are organic. She is very honest as well - If she thinks a certain treatment might not be beneficial, she will let you know and offer advice on what will work better.
