What was a big deal is the way i was treated when I went back in once a day later because i hated the color. I didnt mind paying to have it redone, but I didnt even get the chance to tell them that before the guy blew up at me and started yelling at me. He was scolding me and said if I didnt like it I should've told him before he painted them all. Well, in their light - it was okay but once I got in normal lighting it was just too much for me - like garish neon, which was not the look I was going for. I picked the polish, so I was fine paying for a redo - but not after the way he spoke to me. I will def not be back.

Nat does a great job of acclimating her skills to my unique needs (I generally have brightly colored mohawks or other dumb haircuts that keep her on her toes.) If Natalie's ever unavailable, Karen does solid punk hair work, as well! I recently had some surgery on my spine and was temporarily unable to reach my toes for regular hygienic upkeep.
