She is incredibly funny and very, very talented with curly hair! She did a phenomenal job, understanding my hair and cutting it accordingly. I absolutely love my curls. She cut my hair in a way where they are popping out, but look really luscious. I used to go to Milwaukee for haircuts and now I am ecstatic that I have somebody as talented as Nicole very close by.

I have patches of hair missing in the areas where my hair was ripped out from my scalp due to his negligence and heavy-handedness. The booked appointment was @ 1:30 for make-up and hair which I traveling from Cali to attend my nieces wedding. I confirmed two electronic incoming messages via text and email which I appreciated they had done as well. The morning of my appointment, I received a call at 8:09 AM to see if they could move my appointment time to noon as the person scheduled to do my services had called out sick. Customer hands aren't washed prior to service so the heated mits are full of germs. Everybody's dirty germy hands go in them and they keep circulating. Ick. Disgusting. Unsanitary.
