She's always pleasant to talk to. She researches the products she uses and always wants what's best for her clients. The adult daughter, on the other hand, fails to understand customers go where they like the service and that we don't have to choose to come there. Today she was apparently in the back when I arrived and the store was vacant in the front. I called out, "Hello", multiple times to no avail before letting security know no one appeared to be in the store. I told her we were worried, she continued to ignore my words but I really needed my brows done so I stayed. When I paid I mentioned again, "You're at least glad we were worried about you, right?"
