I arrived a little early but just in time because the tech was just finishing a client. I wanted to get full set with polish which was 30 but when I asked for no chip it bumped to 10 dollars more with two colors. Experience was good. The tach and I would talk due to us both coming from different parts of California. She had the tv on and we talked about the show that was on at that time. As far a getting my nails done nothing hurt ,no cuts, or anything. The only thing is I wish she had oiled my fingers after because they looked a little crazy after she was done. I think the only issue I had was price only because my nails are sooo short but I guess with the two polish and no chip.. I guess it make sense. Will go back in a few weeks to get them redone.

My daughter got a full set of nails, with get overlay. When she was done, it didn't look like she cleaned her nail beds correctly. They had pieces of her cuticles that should have been clipped but weren't completely done. I had also asked if I could get my brows done, and the man said yes. When she's was done I asked her if she was doing them. She said she didn't have time, as she had other clients, and she was fitting us in. I called that morning to make my appointment, and the clients she was speaking about had just walked in after calling. After I mentioned it again, she said she could do them. I only asked again cause she told the other client she could. She did a rush job, which was a bit expected. They were cleaner then when I went in, but I had to go home and clean them a bit more.

Under new ownership, and man is it bad! I have been coming here for many years and had had nothing…read morebut quality, good customer service, and a nice atmosphere. With the previous owners, those things are all gone. I got a manicure which I do regularly, and the person was very sloppy, and did not clean under my nails, which they didn't need much, and did not cut or file my nails, so many were different lengths than others. What's up with that?! She then slathered some oil on my hands and said OK you're done. All in all, about 6/7 minutes and $25! The person at the front desk looks and acts like she'd rather be anywhere else, but there and is not very nice. The inside has been changed and it looks very cheap and disorganized. I won't be going back.

Lilly made a mess of it and didn't finish by removing the polish from my fingers. Also, the restroom wasn't clean. Aside from these things, it was a very pleasant experience. The technicians were very friendly. They spoke to everyone who came in as though they were old friends. They "yelled" across the shop making jokes with the customers like we were all at a family dinner for 20. They rarely spoke to each other in another language and they speak very good English. I peeked into the pedicure room and it looks divine. It's dimly lit with brown hues and looks like a real spa. Overall, very friendly. Manicure costs $16. You may have to tell your technician how to do it well but you could have a really good experience with a different person. I know more than 1 regular who thinks they're the best in town. They get very busy even during the day. You may walk in but I recommend an appointment.

Best pedicure I've had in YEARS…read more The ambiance was amazing, pedicures are in a separate room where the lights are dimmed, very light peaceful music, talking is at a very minimal level. The service was beyond what I expected out of a suite nail salon. The amount of effort put into the massaging, cleaning, cleansing - amazing. The tech went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable, communicated via light taps instead of talking (super appreciate this, added to the ambiance!) and even made sure I liked the nail color after she put in on one nail. The price? Definitely not costly at all and will be lower than what you are expecting, especially when compared to other sub par nail salons AND given the level of service. My MIL is still very cautious despite covid restrictions being lifted and she was so excited to hear that we would be the only two in the salon if we booked together. Very exclusive. The salon is beautifully decorated and immaculate. The waiting area is comfortable and so are the beautiful chairs they use for pedicures. Our technicians were very thoughtful about the warmth of the water. The attention to detail is amazing. From them paying attention to problem areas on my nails and calluses to the tray they brought out the exfoliating scrubs on. In the back there are two cute cabanas to get your manicures done. The entire place is an EXPERIENCE. My nails looked beautiful when we were done and the massage was heavenly for my feet. I have my hands in water all day everyday and my gel manicure lasted forever. I can't wait to book another appointment.

We went in about two hours before close. She was helped immediately which is fair they know her. I was confused, however, after I wasnt helped for a long time when I could have been. They were not very busy and there was still plenty of time to be assisted. Finally someone decided to help me. The young girl doing my gel manicure rushed a lot making the experience uncomfortable and left her work sloppy. The polosh chipped on the third day, the coats were uneven and in some spots you could see the light color of my nail after the polish oxidized the next day. Ive done my own gel manicures and ive had them last five weeks. So I didnt returm for about nine months. I decided to give them one last chance since I wasnt going to be able to do it myself for a few days. This time I went in dueing the day when I assumed they wouldnt be too busy. I walked in and I was helped right away. This time a young man was assisting me for my nail service, just a gel polish, no maicure. He did a beautiful job, the coats werent too thick, they were opaque evenly and I was satisfied. I decided to try there eyebrow service after that. I told the women doing this exactly what I liked, a nice natural shape to what I already have, just cleaned up. She did a perfect job. Overall, i think it depends on what time you go to this salon. If they have time to spend as long as it takes to do an efficient job it will turn out wonderfully. The staff is friendly and funny and the salon is nice with a nice selection of services at a fair price. If you go when you will be rushed (closer to closing), it is not a good experience.
