They had pieces of her cuticles that should have been clipped but weren't completely done. I had also asked if I could get my brows done, and the man said yes. When she's was done I asked her if she was doing them. She said she didn't have time, as she had other clients, and she was fitting us in. I called that morning to make my appointment, and the clients she was speaking about had just walked in after calling. After I mentioned it again, she said she could do them.
