My MIL is still very cautious despite covid restrictions being lifted and she was so excited to hear that we would be the only two in the salon if we booked together. Very exclusive. The salon is beautifully decorated and immaculate. The waiting area is comfortable and so are the beautiful chairs they use for pedicures. Our technicians were very thoughtful about the warmth of the water. The attention to detail is amazing. From them paying attention to problem areas on my nails and calluses to the tray they brought out the exfoliating scrubs on. In the back there are two cute cabanas to get your manicures done. The entire place is an EXPERIENCE. My nails looked beautiful when we were done and the massage was heavenly for my feet. I have my hands in water all day everyday and my gel manicure lasted forever. I can't wait to book another appointment.

With the previous owners, those things are all gone. I got a manicure which I do regularly, and the person was very sloppy, and did not clean under my nails, which they didn't need much, and did not cut or file my nails, so many were different lengths than others. What's up with that?! She then slathered some oil on my hands and said OK you're done. All in all, about 6/7 minutes and $25! The person at the front desk looks and acts like she'd rather be anywhere else, but there and is not very nice. The inside has been changed and it looks very cheap and disorganized.
