I was told I need to pay first. If I was getting regular polish this might make sense or be easier, but I had just said I wanted gel. I planned to never return. Today, my daughter wanted her nails done and the place we usually go did not have time. She was calling around and Happy Nails had time, so I decided to give the place another try, thinking maybe I was wrong about them. I got the same lady, and she chipped one of my dip nails, so I asked her to fix it. Instead of fixing it, she tried to cut down the side of my nail with cuticle trimmers, and made my finger bleed. She then rubbed at the cut with nail polish remover while smiling! This lady is out of her mind. Avoid the place at all costs. Here is a picture of the damage she caused.
