I was in a LOT of pain due to a sports injury and needed a good massage therapist. Every single visit I've had, I have left so incredibly relieved. They don't pressure you to buy more or to come to classes, or do anything that you don't want to. You can tell that each staff member has your best interest in mind. I've seen 3 different massage therapists and have loved them all. I can't recommend this place enough! I haven't been to any of the classes, however, but I can say that if you come for a massage, you will be SO happy that you did.

At 12:35 p.m. on the day of my appointment, just over two hours before I was scheduled to arrive, I received a phone call informing me that Suzanne Best had overbooked herself and would not be able to perform my prenatal massage. The employee told me someone had supposedly reached out to notify me earlier. That simply isn't true. I never received a phone call, voicemail, email, or text message. My appointment confirmation and reminder both came through email without issue. When I questioned it, I was sent a screenshot of a text they claimed had been sent. Not only did I never receive it, but it was allegedly sent at 3:30 p.m. the day before--less than 24 hours before my appointment. What was even more disappointing was that the call came with absolutely no attempt to make the situation right. There was no offer to reschedule, no discussion of a refund, no apology beyond a simple explanation that they had overbooked, and no gesture to compensate for the inconvenience. I had already arranged to leave work early for this appointment, so this last-minute cancellation wasted both my time and my work schedule. To make matters worse, this business asks customers to prepay a tip when booking--before the service has even been provided. It's incredibly frustrating to be asked to tip in advance when the business can't even honor the appointment it confirmed. I was told Suzanne is part of management and would contact me tomorrow. When I asked if there was another manager available to speak with today, I was told there wasn't. That raises another question: if Suzanne is unavailable because she's supposedly double-booked, why is there no manager available to address the issue with an affected customer? The phone call ended without any resolution or refund being offered. As someone who is 33 weeks pregnant, I specifically scheduled a prenatal massage to help with the physical discomforts of pregnancy. Having that appointment canceled just hours beforehand--with no real communication beforehand and no effort to make things right--showed a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and consideration for a customer. Despite this clear mutual understanding, the stylist disregarded the visual reference and cut off a significant amount of my hair, severely over-thinning the back layers and removing far more length than agreed upon. The final result did not resemble the reference picture and caused irreparable damage to my haircut, which will take months to grow out. ​When I contacted management at Gemini Salon & Spa to address this unacceptable result and request a refund for the poor service, they refused to offer a refund or resolve the issue satisfactorily. ​While I understand that hair services involve artistic discretion, failing to follow a clear visual agreement and causing severe physical damage to length and density constitutes a material failure to deliver the service agreed upon. This therapist understands my body pain and does an amazing job. She first relaxes the overall body muscles then starts getting the deeper tissues with forearms and elbows. Next she uses the hot massage stones directly to my pain areas. After finishing the hot stones she removes the oils and then puts a towel on my back. Then she finishes off carefully kneeling on my pain areas and the pressure feels great. When I walk out I feel 20 years younger basically pain free. These girls are sweet, polite and hard working people. The price is right and they rely on tips so make sure you reward the effort.
