If I could rate a zero I would I paid 38 + tip for a full which is absolutely ridiculous and then as a result I got this they really don't care about their customers this is also not the first time this has happened another worker realized I had a broken nail and then proceeded to just fill over the top of it. Since I was in last year, they have done some nice remodeling/updating. Nothing over the top, but it looks clean & newer. The service & friendliness is still 5 star. I'll give 4 stars for "ambience" as I prefer spa music over soap opera tv in the background. I think some nice music & a small water feature would make a nice upgrade. They have a good selection of colors, but adding more colors would be great too. I asked for an extra coat of color and my nail tech was more than happy to oblige. Next time I'll try a pedicure & check out the back pedicure room. read more

I called before coming in to make sure they had a spot for me today, because I have somewhere to be at noon. When I called a woman told me to come at 10:30 and I would be attended I got there at 10:20 just to be on the safe side and I just left just now(30 minutes later, 11am) because I've been here this entire time waiting and they took three people before me; after I told them I was the one who called for the 10:30am appointment. They shouldn't tell people they can attend them at a certain time if they're not going to, and instead take other people first. I'm very disappointed and will not be returning. read more

I took my 83 year old mother for a mani/pedi before a family wedding. I was so happy with their customer service! Many places wouldn't have had the patience fir an elderly lady that can't get around too well. They took such good care of her! I will definitely be bringing her back. Excellent! Made an appointment for two at noon .. they took us back around 12:15. As it was my husbands first time getting a pedicure, he was a little nervous. They made him feel so warm & welcomed! They were exceptionally nice and went above and beyond to make both of us feel welcomed! 35$ for a spa pedicure with great service is so hard to find now a days! They joked, laughed, the owner even talked to my husband as we expressed how nice it was here! Both Tina & Cindy were just amazing! We'll be back in a month or so for another pedicure! read more

My pedicure took an hour and a half and this is what it was before I asked the woman to clean up the nail polish. The paint was still on my skin around the nail and was tinted pink from the red polish. She also cut my toe nails way too short from what I said my preference was. read more

Shortest pedicure I've ever had...17 minutes!!!!! My good friend had booked me with Julie as I am looking for a new nail salon and she thought I would really like her. Unfortunately Julie was apparently double-booked (even though my friend confirmed the appointment the day before). My 10:00 pedicure started at 10:18 and ended at 10:35. Very friendly and kind staff. The salon itself is not very clean and needs updating, but it seems as though they are working on this because they just put in new floors. I got a gel mani and the price was $25 which is hard to beat. My nails look average, but the customer service was exceptional. read more

I don't live in the area but needed to kill some time while my son was at a soccer camp. I was very happy to find Nails Expo close by. Everyone there was sweet and warm from the moment I walked in the door and the place was clean and organized. I had French Gel nails done and they turned out great. So great in fact that I decided to come back after lunch for a pedicure (which I wasn't originally planning to do). My technician spent the time needed to do a very nice job. I will definitely come back next time I'm in the area. While I was in the shop another customer came in and mentioned that her pedicure was done 4 weeks prior and it still looked great. Other customers who entered were commenting that things were updated--one of the technicians (Julie) said there was new ownership. read more

I went into get my dip removed and get a new dip on my nails. When I walked in, I asked how much it cost and she gave me multiple prices, so I asked which one would they charge me (red flag #1). So I sit down and they soak my nails in acetone for not even 3 minutes. During this time, she took an acrylic nail, cut it in half and took my hands out of the acetone and started taking the acrylic nail piece to chip off the dip to remove it. I asked her what she was doing and there was a terrible language barrier and she kept laughing at me. Well I should have left at this point, but I didn't. So she keeps taking of the dip polish and the acrylic nail she is using hurt my nail beds and I kept telling her that. She didn't care. Finally they were all off and I was glad about that. I don't think she knew what she was doing with the dip powder, she did 2 coats and then did gel top coat. The point of dip is to not use the light, and I asked about it. All she did was laugh. Moral of the story is, I wouldn't waste your time or money at this establishment, my nails chipped within 3 days after getting them done. Extremely unhappy and not even worth going back to have them fixed because I know they won't do a good job after how I was treated the first time read more
