Super disappointed with my visit today. I was filling out the appointment form when she had taken…read morethe person behind me to start her eyebrow threading. (also did not have that customer fill out the appointment form, which is interesting considering they practically bark at you the second you walk through the door to fill it out). I can understand that it was just one lady in the floor today but when you had rushed through my eyebrow threading, consistently hitting me in the eye, no apology for doing that either ( I forgot manners aren't really a thing anymore these days). Then when she had handed me the mirror to look over her work, I felt extremely rushed and overwhelmed by her. After paying and being able to actually get a look at the threading work I noticed there were a few mistakes still. I tried to go back in to see if she would be able to fix it but I didn't see her & my patience had already worn thin at this point. Needless to say, I probably won't be back. Just wanted to put this out there so people are aware of what type of services they are paying for at this establishment.

I emailed her on April 30th and never got a respond. My husband called on May 14th (yes, 2 weeks) since I always forgot to call due to busy work, got in touch with her and he was told she's gonna give an extra service for free ( which was a suprise at that moment), and the reason I didn't get a respond is her assistant was not doing her job and she would call us back. After that call, till all day today 5/15, no call back. My husband tried to call 3 times during the day with voice messages, no respond. So, I suggest NOT BOOKING WITH HER. I believe her assistant is not the only reason or not at all.

Almost complete removal after a handful of sessions. Honestly, didn't know the results would be this good. I started seeing areas where hair stopped growing after the first session. No more daily neck shaving while running out the door for work, no more razor bumps or burn. All I have to do is a weekly trim on my beard now! Amanda is sweet, funny, and kind. I enjoy seeing her also! Highly recommend
