Unfortunately, my experience at this location was deeply disappointing and concerning. From the start, there were red flags. The appointment took an unusually long time for a straightforward Botox procedure, and there was no doctor or supervising medical professional on site--only injector nurses. I was told to return in two weeks for a follow-up, which is not standard protocol for authentic Botox treatments from Allergan. In all my years of experience, I have never been required to come back for a "follow-up" unless something went wrong or the product used was questionable. *The owner responded that she did not find my name so I edited this review to include my name and validate this review. The name is Gregoria L and the visit was this year in May . Based on the results and the experience, I strongly suspect I was not injected with genuine Botox. When I raised my concerns and asked for a refund, I was met with complete resistance and a flat-out refusal. This was a frustrating and unsettling experience. I do not feel confident that proper or authentic materials were used, and I cannot recommend this place to anyone seeking legitimate, professional cosmetic treatments. I can't say enough about her. In addition, I visited Dr. Bakhos for surgical removal of a lesion right on my cheek and the results healed beautifully.
