The appointment took an unusually long time for a straightforward Botox procedure, and there was no doctor or supervising medical professional on site--only injector nurses. I was told to return in two weeks for a follow-up, which is not standard protocol for authentic Botox treatments from Allergan. In all my years of experience, I have never been required to come back for a "follow-up" unless something went wrong or the product used was questionable. *The owner responded that she did not find my name so I edited this review to include my name and validate this review. The name is Gregoria L and the visit was this year in May . Based on the results and the experience, I strongly suspect I was not injected with genuine Botox. When I raised my concerns and asked for a refund, I was met with complete resistance and a flat-out refusal. This was a frustrating and unsettling experience. I do not feel confident that proper or authentic materials were used, and I cannot recommend this place to anyone seeking legitimate, professional cosmetic treatments. I have to apologize because I forgot her name but she did an amazing job with my thinning and dull eyebrows!! She truly listened to my concerns and addressed all of them. She's also the only one who noticed my uneven eyebrows and explained her plans to fix this concern. A numbing agent was used liberally so I did not feel a thing!! Even when it started to wear off; and believe me, I have low pain tolerance. As someone who is a perfectionist, I loved that she used a tool to ensure perfectly even brows.
