I always spend so much money when I come to ulta and I love this for them!!…read moreThis store is a pretty decent size with a really good selection of makeup. Also thank gosh they have the testers out again so I can try to color match on my hand. I always feel like an artist with the swatches of color on my hands. It's also easy to find something to clean my hand off as well. I haven't been to the salon so I can speak on that. EVERYONE at the brow bar is amazing! I've been a few times for a wax and even had my brows tented with I love because I don't have to fill them in. Also I came in today and was helped by Liza! Liza was nothing short of amazing, I needed help because I bought IT foundation and it was a little too bright on my face. Liza helped color match me but we couldn't find the right shade and I also mentioned maybe doing something less than full coverage. Liza quickly took me over and matched me in fenty. Thank gosh! This tent is my new favorite!! It matches my skin tone perfect!! Thank you Liza!

Unfortunately, things have changed; as the owner Julie has a terrible attitude. I called to inquire about prices for my eyebrows and got scolded for calling two times. Despite this, I came in to get my eyebrows done and was not greeted upon my arrival, and the owner appeared to be very annoyed. I came to this shop when they had less than five customers and now it appears as though the owner has her head high in the clouds. I ended up leaving and will never return. If your okay with being ignored, and not receiving suburb customer service; give this place a try. Heaven forbid you call to inquire about prices.

They will inquire if it's what I want and like and was expecting, as they are working on my hair and also before I leave. Everyone's Nice. It's very chill. It's affordable so you can tip them nicely. You can make appointments. They have younger and older stylists so you can have a more modern cut and look but also someone there will know what feathered hair is if you still like that : ) I don't go for dramatic changes in hair styles like some folks who are great at changing their hair .. long to short, blonde to blue, bangs, no bangs, but I'm confident I won't leave there stressing that I have a look I'll be waiting to grow out of. I can count on Waukegan Hair Crafters to listen to what I want, and then consistently deliver good results, at a way good price, in a chill, casual atmosphere. Ahh... that gives me peace

My haircut (wash, dry, and style) came to $28.00. Masks are required for all (staff and clients) and hand sanitizer is readily available as you walk in and at the front desk. They're also only using every other work station which allows for good social distancing. For me personally, there was nothing that made me uneasy about coming here or the services I received. I would definitely come back here!
