I got my lashes done, and they lasted a really long time because instead of them falling off, they are falling off WITH my natural eyelashes. They are weighing them down until the natural lash fall off, and they are still stuck to them when it falls off. I don't know what kind of glue they are using because I would rather have ones that fall off normally and won't rip my own lashes out then to have them for months. Like I can't even get eyelash extensions anymore because I don't have as many natural lashes and I'm terrified. I am missing so many of my eyelashes and I seriously can't believe I paid $180 to literally ruin my actual lashes. Please please please keep this in mind if you're going to try to go here for lash extensions. read more

I had a fabulous appointment with Sonia this morning. She was so professional and provided a lot of education about the process and after care. I love how they measure your lashes and take care into applying the correct length and volume. Sonia listened to me and provided with a lovely fresh set of lashes. I recommend the membership if you will be going regularly. I just don't have the time to go every 2weeks and spend an hour-2hrs there. The walk in price is $200 for a classic set which I think is expensive but with the membership you def save money. I agree with other yelpers that the music doesn't provide a relaxing environment, everything else is lovely, they even provided a blanket for me if I wanted one. I just couldn't really get into that spa feeling with loud club music. I would advise them to play more "chill out" music at a softer volume. I still did end up resting though. The salon is spotless and very modern. Beautiful look. I highly recommend booking with Sonia, she was a joy to work with! The location is in a strip mall and has plenty of parking! read more

I got my first fill and THREE days later ALL of my lashes on ONE eye started falling out. They claim they'll fix it for free and told me to just call. Well their hours state they're open until 8 pm but they decided to close at 6. I can't make it I'm on time and I have a big meeting tomorrow and have to risk ripping out my natural lashes because I look absolutely INSANE. Because they couldn't help me I cancelled my membership. They wanted to charge me!! Ridiculous I refused to pay since this is their screw up and they canceled it immediately but took my credits. Apparently there is no corporate according the girl I talked to which is so annoying. Do yourself a favor and do NOT go here!! read more

They are a nice place, do a good job, but I recently have found out that I shouldn't have lashes done anymore due to my chronic condition. When I called to get my monthly membership refunded (two payments), the girl said they couldn't refund me. She proceeded to speak about their lash lift service--if I couldn't get lashes... If I can't get lashes done, how in hell would I be able to get a lash lift? Nothing can touch my eyes! The thing is that I remember distinctly that the girl who had done my lashes for the very first time mentioned at checkout, after I had agreed to a membership, that if I didn't use a monthly credit (or whatever) it could be refunded. She said it casually with a wave of her hand. Either she lied to sell the membership, or there was a miscommunication. I obviously hadn't thought I'd cancel in the future. I wanted to have lashes for a long time. Now I can't. Either way, my $140 remain with them. Absolutely ridiculous. Apply for the membership at your own risk. They are also not transferable. I'm glad that I hadn't signed up a higher tier plan because they would keep more of my money. read more

Johana was meticulous with my refill and advised the best shapes for my eyelashes. As an Asian with stick straight hair, my lashes stick straight down so I thought the CC was the best (curliest option) but she advised to mix with the D and it looks so much better! She was so gentle with the tape both putting on and taking off. She checked and verified that she get every single hair. I feel asleep and did a sleep jump on her that scared her. Oops! read more

UPDATE: I went in this afternoon and the owner was so professional and understanding. She removed my lashes promptly, asked about my original experience, and really took care to relieve my discomfort. She told me that a lash lift (after my eyes fully recovered) might be better for me, considering my sensitivity, and just tried to make sure I left encouraged. Great customer service! .... I went for lash extensions for the first time, yesterday evening. I told the technician that I wanted them to look like my natural lashes, only longer. I made it clear that I didn't want them to be curly or to see the lash extensions over my eyelid crease. I just really wanted length. The technician did not inform me that there were different degrees of curl that she could use. She didn't talk me through anything at all (even though it was my first time receiving extensions). When I looked at my new lashes, the first thing I asked was whether or not she could straighten the lashes out. They were very curly and nothing like what I expected. I was told she had used the second curliest (first time hearing this), and that I could get the straightest during my next session. She asked if I could wait until then and I told her I would wait and see if they grew on me. I was incredibly disappointed, and my eyes were a bit irritated. I thought this was completely normal. I was not asked at any point during the process if I was experiencing any discomfort. I paid and left but my eyes started burning terribly and my eyelids were swelling within the hour. I called the salon back and I was told to take a Benadryl and some ibuprofen, that it may be just because it was my first time and I wasn't used to the adhesive. I was told at that point (for the first time) that the salon had glue for sensitive eyes that they could've used. They scheduled a follow-up for me today at 11 (two hours after they open). I have to suffer until that time. As of now, the burning has dulled a bit, and I am left with sore, poofy eyelids and lashes I did not ask for. We'll see what Deka Lash does to resolve this. read more

Do not pass go, do not collect $200 (Monopoly reference) just make an appointment with Ashley, she's hands down the best! She takes her time which I appreciate, I can show her a picture of the look I'm trying to achieve and she make it happen. I don't have problems with losing a lot of lashes before my next appointment. I had an appointment today for the first time and got full volume lashes and they were just alright. Nothing spectacular. Nothing nice. I was disappointed just a little because i expected more. It looks like my lashes aren't full nor any volume to it and there's also missing lashes on my lids. I tried to tell Heather about how some places on my lids look like they were missing lashes but she said it was just my lashes that had a little gap and attempted to apply more which still didn't look like she did any. I feel like you can find better for the price you are paying but if you like very classic and basic lashes..this place is for you. Beautiful place. Comfortable. Friendly. However, the lashes started falling off after the first day. By day 7, it looked like I was 3 weeks after a fill. Finally had a day off to get them redone and they said they only warranty them for 7 days. I was day 9. They said that was to close to 2 weeks and I would have to pay again for a fill. I should have started calling the day after they fell out, but I couldn't get into them because of work. I work a seasonal job from 8am-8pm and they are about 25 minutes away from my job. Based on my first visit, I would have given this place 5 stars, but unfortunately I have changed my mind after going in for a new set again. The first time I went, the girl that did my lashes was very gentle and did the job well. I went to Cancun after and my lashes lasted 3 weeks even from me going to the beach everyday. The second time I got my lashes done, I had someone else do them (my original girl was on vacation) and she was a bit more rough. She got some solution in my eye so it burnt and was red the whole rest of the day, her phone was next to my head and vibrated halfway through which startled me. She wasn't as friendly as the first girl I got. Within 4 days almost all of my lashes had fallen out so I went in again to get them refilled with the manager. I'm not sure how these girls did it, but whatever technique they use is flawed. It's been 5 days and almost all of my lashes are gone again! I really regret paying another month with my membership because it is really expensive and I don't feel like i've gotten my moneys worth the way I did the first time I went which is pretty unfortunate. I really wanted to like this place, but I have canceled my membership. Hopefully, I can schedule my last appointment with the first girl I got and maybe she can change my mind again but I'm really disappointed after the second round. read more

Had to update after coming back again. I returned for a lash refill and completely HATE my new lashes. I saw a different specialist, and I told her I liked what I got done the last time but was having issues with my lashes looking clumpy. She didn't ask what I wanted - just told me she was going down a length. An hour and a half later, my lashes turned out even clumpier - and one of my eyes clearly has much longer lashes than the other one. The lashes on the edge of my left eye are ITCHY and bothersome. The woman who went before me seemed to have paid $34 for a refill - but I was told $80 and not even offered the membership option until I asked. Glad I didn't get one because I will not be back. Waste of my money and waste of my time. I would return and ask for a refund but I'm not going to waste more of my time and let them sit me back down to pluck these nasty lashes back out and take my natural lashes with them. read more

Really loved the atmosphere of the place. Really nice and friendly! My lash tech was super nice and personable. I signed up to be one of the lash models for the opening which was super fun! The initial look of my lashes when she was done was pretty nice though I noticed that I didn't have as many extensions on my eyelashes as I've seen in other photos so I could still see my natural lashes poking in between my extensions but they still looked pretty good! They looked so natural! But retention is where this falls short. It has been 8 days since my initial appointment and my right eye still looks pretty full with extensions but my left eye has close to none of the lashes left. I always fall asleep. I feel so relaxed, beautiful and happy after an hour with Jessica. Aside from the very good service, they also have very good products.
